The experience I have at this studio is calming and smoothing in the beginning followed by sweat and challenging movement ended with a cool breeze blown over your body and relaxation. They dont allow talking inside the studio and I feel every studio should make this rule. It gives you an opportunity to get yourself centered prior to your session. I will continue to go to CorePower. All the staff and instructors are awesome too!!

exceptional instructors - they know their craft and its NOT just about the workout - good slow flows, C1 and C2, well paced, well INSTRUCTED - they set the bar high for Core Power (there are plenty of storefronts that do NOT have the same integrity)
