I have been to many, many spas. This place has no zen qualities. It is difficult to enjoy a massage when you can hear nothing but chatter from the front desk staff. My massage therapist had to go out and quiet them! Then she had to turn up the music. I paid for a foot massage in their "zen" lounge. While I was getting it, 4 other people were there too talking loudly, one on the phone. Then some women came in and ate their lunch there too! Ridiculous. Their was no changing rooms or place to store your stuff, you are given a basket. This so called zen lounge has windows open to the public! Seriously...how can you call this place a spa. They need to reconfigure their space. The two staff members I had were amazing. They should go work somewhere where their talents can be shown off properly.

Serenity Spa is aptly named because serenity is what is achieved when coming here. The smells and sounds are so relaxing and the employees are welcoming. Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted by name and with a genuine smile. The Zen lounge is beautifully decorated and tucked away in it’s own little alcove. I love that the yoga classes are more than just a workout. The yoga teachers teach about mindfulness and the union of the mind, body & spirit.

I have been going to Serenity Spa since their original location. The staff is warm and personable yet very professional. The Spa is decorated beautifully, very peaceful environment. The massage therapist have all been very good, wanting to ensure that I got a great massage with the right pressure, etc... I would highly recommend Serenity Spa, you will not be disappointed! Im just sad that since weve moved I have to try to find a Spa just as good...

Im a massage therapist over on the east coast and my friend was in California visiting family / for her birthday. So I tried to find her the best place possible to send her for a birthday massage as I couldnt be there to give it myself. She loved her massage and felt sooo much better when it was over, Serenity Spa helped make my besties birthday VERY special :)

My experience at Serenity has always been wonderful. Everyone from the receptionist to my masseuse or facialist have been awesome. I always come out rested and relaxed. Sometimes I wish I can stay a little longer to keep that momentum going...lol. They are #1 on my list and my husbands. We are so grateful to find a place close to home.

Everything about our experience was perfect. The facials and massages were some of the best I have had. My daughter had a "mother-to-be" massage and loved it. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and very relaxing & calming. Staff is extremely courteous and so accommodating. It was a delightful experience. We will be back.

I absolutely love my time at Serenity Spa. The second I walk through the door you feel a very peaceful positive environment. I have had facials & massages all preformed by trained professionals. I especially enjoy when I can have mother/daughter time. Massage/lunch/facial. everyone is accommodating and knowledgeable.

I have been going to Serenity for a very long time. Went to them when they were also on sierra College Blvd. I enjoy my massages and facials there. I will say that one time in 2014 it was a bit noisy outside of my massage room and that was distracting. Hope that has been taken care of! Judy

I had the most amazing facial and soul to sole foot massage. It was a Mothers Day gift from my children that I finally was able to use. I loved it so much, I scheduled another facial appointment. It was wonderfully relaxing to be pampered and my skin looked so youthful.

Great place! You'll never go to another massage place again. Well worth the cost! I recommend getting the hot stone or rain massage. Warm and friendly staff, soothing, calm atmosphere and exceptionally skilled therapists. A great gift idea!
