Disgusting people, Disgusting service, Disgusting food. Let me emphasize that I dont have high expectations of venues in Fairfield, but this cesspool they call a pizza restaurant really got my attention. My order was the simplest order anyone can make: A personal sized pepperoni pizza to go. I ordered the Pizza, and paid for it. After over 15 minutes of waiting (the restaurant was not busy and empty not surprisingly) I asked about my Pizza. They couldnt find it so they decide to actually make it. Another 20 minutes passes and people are just going in and out of the kitchen socializing, I ask again about the pizza. It turns out it had been sitting there for over 15 minutes after the second time it was ordered. So the manager decides to make an appearance (a tattoo ridden smart ass jerk) and starts an "investigation" - not to find out why a customer has to wait 35 minutes for a crappy pizza- but as to whether or not the lone pizza is really mine! (the lone person waiting for the last 35 minutes for a little pizza). ARE YOU F- KIDDING ME?? He wont give me the cold pizza until I show him my receipt. "Here you go, my receipt from 36 minutes ago". With some "clever reasoning", he decides the cold pizza is mine and finally hands it over. And now for the prize! The round table personal sized pizza I was waiting for. It was so cold, tasteless, gross and greasy that I couldnt eat it. Threw it in the garbage and went to the Chinese place across the parking lot which had my meal ready in 5 minutes. $13 of my money and 35 minutes of my time wasted on inedible crap. Avoid - I am also certain there are major hygiene issues in this pig sty which could make you very sick.

I came for the lunch buffet. When I paid they gave me two plates, both of which had some kind of residue on them. I could scratch it and see where my fingernails broke through the gunk. Lovely. On the buffet side of the restaurant, there were four or five open tables and every one of them was filthy, either with plates still on them on with the plates cleared but with food residue and toppings still on the table. Not seeing an employee who appeared to be bussing any tables, I cleared a table for myself. For the food itself the buffet was empty except for two partial pizzas. So I got a couple slices of each and sat down. One was mushroom and olive, the other a combo. They honestly were not bad for buffet pizza. I finished them up and got up for another plate. Apparently someone had put out some cheesesticks while I was eating. So I got a couple and took the last remaining two slices of pizza on the pizza buffet and went back to my seat. At this point Im now sitting down with my partial plate and have to say that this is the only time Ive ever considered asking for a refund for food. $10.95 for a buffet and a drink, and they have almost nothing available. And on top of it all, they ask for tips both on your credit card receipt, and on the TIPS jar by the register. Good: the pizza that was available to me tasted pretty good. Bad: literally every other part of the experience, from walking in the door to walking out the door.

This was my first experience with Round Table Pizza, call in delivery. the person I spoke with was very courteous and very helpful in deciding the pizza I wanted, including the type of sauce that I wanted on my pizza. Now the pizza was delivered within 45 minutes what I was told, and the person that delivered my pizza was very professional looking and attitude was polite. Now about that Maui Zaui pizza, excellent tasting combinations, the toppings were all the way to the edge of the pizza perfectly placed and delivered hot to my front door. in a separate bag were coupons, menus and red pepper and Parmesan. I always hated to get my red pepper and Parmesan inside the box with the pizza. so I was pleasantly surprised in the way they delivered it to me. I did call back to the store to talk to the manager and share my good experience, and wouldnt you know it the manager is the 1 that took my order. this really makes it hard to try out another pizza place with the great tasting pizza that I just had, and service. so there you have it from Papa wheels.

Ive ordered 3 times from this place and theyve botched my order each time. Just now, I ordered an extra large and paid online. They called me and said it would be more than an hour, so I said Id come pick it up. When I arrived they made a large and the person making pizzas insisted I ordered a large (the cashier was calling to the pizza maker, the pizza maker was calling back). The pizza maker began to insist the ticket said large. I showed the cashier my receipt. The cashier grabbed the print out from her register, which, in fact, listed my order for an extra large. The pizza maker again insisted her print out called for a large, checked her ticket, then said, "Oh," then asked if I wanted an extra large. Yes. I would like what I ordered. The cashier then still wanted me to sign a receipt charging me a delivery fee. An hour after my order, Im still sitting here waiting for my pizza. The moral is, theyre not ever busy, but theyre always behind and make mistakes... calling cards for bad management.

Weve lived in the area for 23 years and keep trying to go back to this pizza place because it would be very convenient. Unfortunately it never seems to get any better. Whether it is the service, the lack of cleanliness, or most recently the inability to have an online order ready anywhere close to on time, this Round Table fails. They seem to be busy there however, so I guess convenience trumps quality in this case...just not for us.

So, 2 hour wait for my pizza delivery on a Friday night. The the driver apologized and stated they only had 2 drivers, but still 2 hours? Hire drivers, specially on busy days. Also, no ranch with the hot wings, pizza box lid closed on pizza it self. Very disappointed. Will not be doing business with u any more. If I could give a negative * I would, this was not the first time and we live nearby.

Ok I love the pizza. Great quality. So why the low rating? Price price price! Ican get two to three times more food at any of the other pizza places. I dont know if they think the pizzas are made of gold or maybe silver but I spent around 100 dollars for some bread twists 2 large pizzas 1 small. This price includes delivery fees and tip. Not happy. Its still expensive if you pick it up.

I find Round Table generally a little more expensive than my other alternatives. However, this location has improved a lot over the last 5 years, with lower number of mess ups in the recent couple of years. I only frequent this location due to the proximity to my house, if I have more time I usually venture off to Pizza hut.

Service was bad, they dont acknowledge you when you walk in and wait in the takeout line, take the sign down if your not going to use that area. Customers have to ask for help, then they make you feel like your disturbing them. Management seems highly unorganized.
