Yeah, a lot of people (sometimes myself) are spoiled cost-wise with $8-10 large pizzas from Pizza Hut/Dominos/Papa Johns, which may be quite edible, but arent anywhere NEAR authentic-tasting for pizza. Pagliacci is a decent chain that DOES have an authentic taste and one with which Ive never had a bad experience. $24+ for a single loaded large pizza may seem kinda steep comparatively, but when you go to places like this and have no qualms about spending $5-6 on 2 slices of just cheese or pepperoni, that seems like a steal for 5-6 toppings. I may frequent the mass-produced places for cost/convenience sake a lot, but I NEED my actually GOOD QUALITY pizza when I can. :-)

This pizza company is not only over priced, but their pizza is always flat, always greasy. They say "Our ingredients are never frozen". Yet they taste so horrible. Sometimes people look at the prices they pay to help dictate their tastebuds. Ive tried 3 locations and they all are disgusting. Almost as bad as Acropolis. I had a friend who worked there a couple years back and when we were hanging she would recommend this place and give us an employee discount. But after 3 times I said no this pizza place sucks. I dont know why people go here. Please either update your ingredients or lower your prices. Little Caesars taste better, and thats low.

The one star (poor) rating I give Pagliacci is quite generous considering this place deserves about a minus 4 stars. The pizza takes fooooooooooorever (it might be worth the wait if the pizza was even close to edible) and by the time IT ACTUALLY COMES, those in your party who are not having pizza are not only done with their meals, theyre ready to leave. The service is ok at best and the seats and booths are no comfortable than bench seats at a HS football game. I will never understand why anyone finds this place to be a wonderful place to eat. Avoid at all costs!

The take out service at this location is a joke... Last time I was there, a lady waited 30 minutes for her pizza and then found out they lost her order (and she was standing there they whole time)... The call center told me that this location DOES NOT do delivery, but when i was there to pick up my "to go" order the person on the counter said "Of course we do!!!" So frustrating... I just tried to order delivery again and I cannot because the call center says they do not do deliver.... Great pizza but I will never eat their again.

3 out of 4 staff was awesome & sweet. One fella made me feel like crap because I was shocked that the "margarita"pizza was a TBSP of sauce & cheese. Its bread with bruised basil on it, that is not fresh mozzarella.... I could make a better pizza in my sleep. Overpriced for faux fancy pizza. The rude fella told me I could only Order a new pizza or get a gift card because I paid for delivery with cash. I had already waited an hour to get the pizza. The next fella gave me a refund. Needless to say I was severely disappointed.

Ordered a Caesar salad, Margherita and a South Philly large pizzas. Margherita could have been more flavorful.. the flavour was a little too simple, but maybe thats just how it should be. Im no pizza connoisseur. South Philly could have used more meat. Not enough pepperoni, nor enough sausage. But mushroom and onion flavours were good. Caesar salad was just average. All in all not stellar, but for the price its pretty good.

Walk-in ordered to go. Staff was very nice and approachable, welcoming me being an out-of-towner. Very unique and tasty pies: definitely something Ill get whenever Im back to Seattle. Had the Meatball Combo pizza and loved the sweet caramelized onions. But being from the east coast, you can definitely tell this is a west coast pizza place, it feels a bit too fancy for a regular pizza dive.

If you want GOOD PIZZA... DONT come here. For ONE... they reheat the pizza if you buy by the slice and to me that ruins the experience of fresh pizza. TWO.. the salad are mostly all LETTUCE. If you just want a quick bite because you are in a rush or dont care of the quality of food.. ENjoy this pizza spot. If you have the time... go to ZEEKS.

Pizza was alright. My husband and I got a medium Philly pizza and it didnt fill us up. It was good, but it didnt have a ton of flavor. I thought it was overpriced for what we got. Took about 20 minutes from the time we ordered til the time we got our food. Probably wont go there again.

I dont understand the hype - the pizza is good but not worth the price. The ingredients are fresh and I can tell, but theres nothing really making me want to come back (unlike other pizza chains, where I have to stop myself from eating the whole pizza box).

As an Italian, I find Pagliaccis pizza to be extremely tasty thanks to the use of simple and original ingredients. Less is more when it comes to a good pizza. And Pagliacci delivers a high quality product that matches more expensive pizza boutiques.

Its pizza, if youre in the mood for pizza this will cut it. Service is good and the pizza is nothing to write home about. Like the previous poster put, individual slices are reheated which doesnt bother me to much, but they are super greasy.

Went to order and they only had three pizzas to choose from and when I ordered my slicec of pizza I ask for it to not be wormmed to a crisp but when I get my pizza it was hard as a board and snapped in half like a stick. Very poor service.

One of my favorite pizza options Pagliacci Pizza. Located conveniently in Bellevue Square (Northeast parking level 2) or via an entrance on 8th. Great pizza, salads and a perfect lunch spot in downtown Bellevue.

One of Seattles finest pizza places. The pizza sauce combined with the soft crust makes it super savory. You can also order pasta dishes here too. The price point is a bit higher than most pizza restaurants.

Despite their pizza isnt very rich on toppings it is good. The HUGE issue is that they do not deliver virtually anywhere. They say tha they have delivery but Im not aware of any location where they do deliver.

This is our favorite pizza place in Bellevue. We go there once a week with all the family. They have very good NY style pizza and the Cesar salad is good too.

Happy Hour Runs from 2-5 M-F and pitchers of great beer for only $6.50. Pagliacci is definitely the best pizza this side of country.

Friendly staff, nice environment with plenty of seating. Usually not overly busy. Convenient location if youre already at the mall.
