I used to eat here occasionally 1 time my pasta was cold but its so good I didnt care, the prices are alittle high but its good quality thats why. the problem started when I went to apply, I applied 2 times between a 6 month span. the first time I was called in for a scheduled interview the manager asked me if I was someone else scheduled for the time he told me to be there at. the second time I came in to fill out an application I think he finally remembered me because I was a local frequent customer and he asked me what kind of experience I had on the spot, so i told him, customer service and resturant crew but then he butted in and said "but no pizza making" nope, no rocket science pizza making skills, (I said no quickly and left) I did some digging into what this managers problem was and found out that he would hire new young people (like myself) about every 3 months, which is the time frame before the store has to start paying insurance (dental vision ect plans) for there workers. very shady, I made a habit to stop being a customer for this round table pizza because of the poor management who seems to not have any customer service skills of his own.

I decided to eat at Round Tables buffet Saturday and watch some golf on their small LCD..maybe a 32". They need to add a bigger one! In the past, the pizzas been great. I like their crust, but today, the pizza was dry and they did not put many out. I had to wait along time. THey did not make any special pizzas like in the past. Ant it now cost $6.99, which is more than in the past (I think $5.49). Its no longer a good deal, since my new favorite pizza buffet is Rock Pizza! For $8.99, you get salad,pasta,soda, and the best wood fired pizza! Plus, Rocks atmosphere is the best! Theres also more service, music, TVs, food, and its simply fun there. Back to Round Tables...sterile, boring restaurant, and I wont be back ever again! For the money, they would have to lower it to $4 for me to come back. Rock Pizza kicks everyones butt, and it shows that for a few dollars more, you get everything! THats value for your money these days.

Terrible service today. I ordered online and got to the store a little early. There was no one in the lobby, and all the employees were in the back. I rang the bell on the counter with no luck. I sat down and waited, then went back up again when the rest of my party arrived. We were having a meeting. When I finally got the employees attention, they told me it would be a couple more minutes. This was no big deal to me. I sat back down. The owner then proceeded to come out and yell at us for having a meeting in his lobby without letting him know in advance. I apologized and said I thought it would be okay, since I had bought pizza. The pizza was fine. Pizza is pizza. I did not appreciate the unwarranted tongue lashing.

I am a first time customer of this location and they have wonderful service and are also very family friendly. I was astonished to see that even when they were very busy they kept the restaurant extremely clean. Their lunch buffet is excellent and always has a wide variety of pizzas. For the value of an all you can eat buffet it was a great steal. They constantly brought out fresh pizzas and if the pizza I was wanting to eat was not out on the buffet, they brought it out promptly. I definitly reccommend coming to this restaurant to all my friends and family.

Delicious pizza always. But when I called today at around 11:40 AM on April 7, 2017 the gentleman that answered the phone was incredibly rude. And when I asked about specials sounded exasperated. And then come to find out I go online and he didnt even tell me the correct specials.

I love round table, this one just isnt a good iteration, they are slow to get pizza out and understaffed. The pizza is light on the cheese, but the salad bar is pretty good. Any of the other round tables in the area are far better than this one in quality and service.

Disgusting. This used too be my favorite pizza chain. The pizza I received today was not made as ordered. On top of that the crust was like cardboard, and it was barely lukewarm. Complete waste of my $20..

Really good pizza, only downside - expensive compared to others. For best value and 1st visit Id suggest the buffet during lunch/dinner. Great salad bar & try different pizzas

Pizza is amazing but our order took forever. They said it was due to the Buffalo wings we ordered that didnt taste great and we mushy. Will only order pizza from now on.

Buffet price is right. Salad bar and pizza are great. They will take requests for type of pizza in buffet. Kendra is very helpful and polite!!

They stopped the buffet 20 minutes early because they, "ran out". There also wasnt enough pizza for the amount of people in the restaurant.

Location could use a remodel. Pizza is a bit on the pricey side but is the best in the Fairwood area.
