Youll likely get the same Panera experience at this location as you would at any other location. Decent food and a generally pleasant atmosphere.. standard franchise. However if you go towards closing time at the Bellevue location and hang out for a bit, you may get a healthy dose of poor customer service and a bit of unprofessionalism too. I was there late this evening about an hour and half before close. The staff was beginning some of there closing duties, and seemed to be unaware that they were still required to maintain customer service standards. I overheard a conversation one employee had with a dissatisfied customer. While I dont know what the customers complaint was, the employee treated the customer with arrogance and disrespect, laughing dismissively at the customer. The employee simply didnt have the humility and patience you need to have in customer service. Not only that, but the place was a mess and the staff was extremely loud, shouting frequently across the restaurant to one another. They seemed to have no idea that they were still opened for business. As another customer walked in, they lacked any urgency to take care of the customer and continued to shout until finally someone moseyed over to the register to take the customers order. Then they holler back and forth to see if they still had a silly beard bowl. Also it took 15 minutes before I got my food. So boo! My conclusion: It seems to me like a poorly managed staff who doesnt represent the Panera brand well. Good luck with this team Panera!

Food was fine but the customer service was non existent. We stood there waiting to order until someone finally walked up to the front to help us. They were very standoffish. Then we didnt get what we ordered. Went and asked for bread since they forgot it and got attitude from the workers. Lastly, our silverware was dirty, we asked for clean utensils and received more dirty ones. No apology from the staff and the manager didnt say anything either even though he saw all of these interactions. So glad I order for rapid pick up 99% of the time so I dont have to deal with the staff. Also, the employees are very loud while talking in the back and very unprofessional while on the floor. We visited at 730pm 3/18.

This place has had really tasty food everytime Ive gone for the past 5-ish years... and then today my potato soup was the consistency of mashed potatoes, and it should have been looser... but the worst part of all of this was that 1/3 of the way through my soup, I felt something hard... I take it out... and it was a pretty big PIECE OF HARD BLACK PLASTIC OR METAL!!! Im not absolutely certain what it was, but Im really glad that I felt it as I bit down on it, and that I didnt choke on it, or get cut...(it was sharp). I got a refund on the soup. I unfortunately did not make a photo... I was a bit confused by the situation. Every other experience was pretty good. Just todays... wow... not so good...

Good is consistent as with all Paneras. I sat next to the fireplace which was nice. My order was not correct and sent back the first time, didnt bother the second time. On a side note, and not Paneras fault... Chinese lady didnt know what talking quietly for the sake of those around you means. To the point of everybody except myself physically moving to another location. I would have but the fire felt good. So Chinese lady, if your reading this... PLEASE control your voice. Not everybody around you wants to hear Shanghainese, or listen to you watching Chinese Movies on your loud call phone

My itali an sandwich was thrown together and the soup wasnt hot.my friends chicken sandwich had a slab of meat so thick she took it back and and hersoup was just .warm. we will order bagels if we return. I been to several locations and this one is the my one with bad sands and bad customer service Not awful service but the server should have been ashamed of you sandwich makers. This is my 3rd experience at this location with a bad sand. My husband will never go to this one again. Sorry. We live just blocks away.

What I like about Panera Bread: Great sandwiches, good soups, plenty of options for types of breads, really good pastries. Your food comes fast and it is healthy. This location has parking which is a positive.I also love that it is pretty inexpensive. Can easily get lunch for around $9. What I dont like about Panera Bread: The fact that it is a chain would be the only thing. I also would love to see them have an app that would make it easier for me to order food.

I like this place! Every time I have been here the people have been nice, and the food has been good. I like that they have free wifi so I can eat lunch and get some work done at the same time. Only thing keeping me from more stars is that its not super clean. Food all over the floor. I also work in food service, and I know this is a constant battle, but its pretty bad here! Hope the kitchen is cleaner!

One of my favorite sandwich shops on the eastside. Although its a chain, they have done a great job keeping the quality high and friendly staff. The bread is "fresh", and the pastry selection is vast as well. There is WiFi available as well. My favorite sandwich is the Chipotle Chicken: All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, smoked bacon, smoked cheddar, tomatoes & ancho-chipotle spread.

This place is never a bad choice for breakfast or lunch. The bagels are great and the things you can do with them make them taste even better. Salads are a good healthy option, and the sandwiches are really good. I dont think you can go wrong at Panera. The only inconvenience may be the price, but if youre eating out, it all adds up to be about the same anyway.

While its hard to find a place to park and the place was packed, they have enough cashiers to make your wait limited. I just purchased 13 bagels for 6.99 but they had only a small selection to choose from and the cashier still managed to get the order wrong. I should have looked in the large paper sack before leaving.

This Panetta location is great. Good is always good and it isnt crazy loud if you want to concentrate. Just be careful when you order someone they run out of ingredients and they wont tell you, the order will just go out lacking the ingredient. If you raise your concern they will take care of you

I think Panera is also St Louis Bread Company. Anyway... soup/salad & sandwich are only thing I get. Sierra turkey - yum. Broccoli cheese soup - yum. Now they have mac & cheese - yum - more Swiss cheese flavour. Great for rainy day! Soup/sandwich & drink is $10 - kinda pricey but you leave full.

This is a homey place that I often visit! I am not a coffee drinker, but for a while was hooked in their hazelnut coffee.. my other favourites are the power sandwitches. I only wish they had more to their vegetarian menu. We also buy bread from them frequently and they are of very good quality.

I always like Panera Bread. Surprised the other day hearing from a colleague that they dont have gluten free bread. Not a concern for me, but just expected that they would be on top of that. Still ... great place to go and meet and have a meal and coffee.
