My experience is that the chain is vastly under-supplying the market as the daily traffic-jamming, road blocking, backup onto 116th Ave NE illustrates. I saw the traffic standing 5 cars deep un-moving on 116th as a queue to get into the parking lot. So I opted to pass (well over a year into the opening now). So my experience, having enjoyed Chick-fil-a in the south before moving to the Puget Sound, is disappointment in the deployment of stores. A 2nd location in Seattle wont solve the problem that the Bellevue/Issaquah space is underserved - a 2nd store, say along I-90 in the eastgate area could easily get filled. Just avoid this store for the foreseeable future unless you like standing in line for takeout. Like casual dining where there is a >5 minute wait, its not that important to waste time on... move along and go somewhere else. For breakfast it might be fine.

Five Stars for food and service, three stars for location and traffic flow. I just have to stop in to this location for a bite to eat when Im in Bellevue, and then I remember why I dont do it more often. While the food is always great and served by the best, most upbeat employees, the traffic flow at this location is pretty bad when ever I go--so bad they have had a police officer directing traffic in from the highway every time Ive stopped in. From what I understand this location was opened about a year ago and it seems the people of Seattle cant get enough of their "new" Chick-fil-a--it is ALWAYS packed! I guess even the best site and market studies cant always predict the popularity of restaurant once it opens, so I guess this is understandable though.

The chicken whether its in the form of a chicken strip, nuggets, or patty is always great. The sweet tea is also a must get! The employees and service is always top notch :) One of the best things about chick-fil-a is the sauce, it is so good with the chicken and fries. Recently a sauce limit has been put into place due to people getting way too much, but sadly this is why I am giving a lower rating. I like dipping my fries and chicken in the sauce so I usually like to get 3 - 5 depending on what I get, 2 for large fries and 1-3 for sandwich or nuggets/strips. I feel that this is reasonable, but I have had to negotiate to get this amount each time. Overall food is good, employees are great, sauce policy is weak sauce :p P.S. there is ALWAYS a line

Great fun, fun place, NICE service. You have to be lucky to get into the parking lot right now, but that will likely die down over time. If you can get into the parking lot, youll find the line moves remarkably quickly (even when its out the door). The food is fast, although I think they could use a better system for getting it to you. The cashiers note what youre wearing, then you stand around with your receipt until another employee comes looking for you with your order. The problem? Some people have the same names and similar clothes, as we learned when my friend accidentally got another girls fries. The store manager herself was serving customers and keeping a warm, personable attitude. Well done! (Not the chicken: that was done just right.)

They know chicken. Guess if you make hundreds of thousands a year, you get pretty good at it. Exceptionally clean as I watch the workers clean the table with wet wipe, then toss and get a new wet wipe vs reusing a cloth at ever single table spreading dirtiness. I was thoroughly impress at this. I know its minor but its the attention to detail that makes all the difference. Chicken breast was moist, which not many place can do. Again, they are the chicken experts. Only issue is peak time parking as it spills into the street. Its a bad location as it on a corner lot of a busy intersection. Only if they were a few spots further down the road, this would of alleviate this traffic nightmare.

First time, last time. Ive heard the hype and seen the long lines, I finally tried it. Putting aside the chaos of going here at lunch time on a work day, it was not a bad experience. The order line moved pretty slow IMO. The employee at the counter was polite and helpful, although he may have had too much coffee as he talked very fast. The employee who brought me food was polite and helpful. I ordered a spicy deluxe, fries and 3 piece strips. The sandwich was pretty good, nothing beyond what you might expect for a fast food chicken sandwich. The fries are soggy with grease. The chicken strips were disappointing, very small sand thin. Good luck.

I love the food here and the service WAS amazing till they hired some foreign guy to work the drive thru. Both times Ive went through the drive thru I cant understand him and he cant understand me... I got the wrong order, brought it back but then they werent serving breakfast anymore so they took back both breakfast sandwiches and gave me a chicken sandwich and fries. I didnt want to spend $10 on fast food, I wish they would have given me my money back. Ive been coming here for weeks, spending plenty of money but this morning I just wanted my 2 biscuits, not a big $10 order. Im so sad I have to find a new breakfast place!!

I love Chick-fil-A, but this place gets three stars because of the parking and drive through situation. Parking is limited and the drive through routinely gets backed up onto the street. Ive been to other Chick-fil-As where they have someone taking orders outside and relaying that to the crew inside. It speeds things up quite a bit. I guess this place is new so hopefully they get a better system in place soon. Otherwise, food is good. Update: They now have people helping speed things up outside and police directing traffic too. Ive added a star, but Id avoid going here at peak times if you value your time and sanity.

I dont usually take the time to review places but my husband and I were absolutely floored by our experience at this location. Who would have thought we would receive this kind of service at a fast food restaurant? Incredibly friendly and helpful staff...Of course great food...Treated our young family of four like royalty. Not to mention clean facilities with people constantly keeping things tidy. Wish there was a chic-fila in canada! Worth driving the two hours for. God bless you guys, keep it up - show the industry how its done. "Upscale" eateries and "high dollar" establishments should take note!

Let me start by saying saying that the food was amazing if you havent tried the Chick Fil-A sauce definitely get some of that. service was okay this may have been my fault cuz my voice went out over the weekend but I asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes on my sandwich but again might have been my fault cuz I can barely talk right now. would have gave them four or five stars if it wasnt for the extremely long wait. The drive-thru line extends into the street and almost around the corner its not really anyones fault its a very popular place and they do their best to try to have Quick Service

Was thrilled when I saw a Chick-fil-A was finally coming to town. However the drive-thru and parking situation is so terrible we usually choose not to go here. Spent 3 to 4 minutes today waiting on the road just to pull into the parking lot/drive-thru when the officer/guard made us all move and didnt allow us into the parking lot. Unable to make a U-turn in that location so we werent able to get in. Weve never spent less than 15 minutes just getting through the drive thru. Huge fan of Chickfila just NOT this location. Until they can work out their parking lot situation.
