The worst customer service EVER today at Round Table in Martinez, CA. ONCE AGAIN KEEP HIRING THESE YOUNGSTERS RIGHT OUT OF SCHOOL WITH NO EDUCATION AND NO COMMON SENSE AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL GO DOWN HILL. Removed their phone number from my phone and threw away their menu in my lunch menu file. Called in my complaint to their corporate office. Too many places for me to eat around here. Who needs bad customer service. I called my order in, was told 25 minutes i waited 30. Then when I got there, it wasnt even started yet. And then they were trying to tell me they no longer have the pizza soda lunch combo. I showed them the sign and told them Ive been coming here for 12 yrs. I know Im not crazy. I said that they better start learning the lunch menu. Cuz i can imagine they have been telling other customers this, BUT I KNEW BETTER. Other customers prob just said OK. Girl refused to give me a free lunch next time so I demanded a refund. Then she said we normally dont give refunds. I looked at her like she was crazy. And said you cant force me to wait for a pizza that should be ready. GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK. Refund was given like it better had. Call in to the corp office. Tired of these stupid youngsters worth no education and no conmon sense. LEARN THW DAMN LUNCH MENU.

Pizza is absolutely amazing, but their service is not timely and, at times, inaccurate. Order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes at the time of order but were ready anywhere between 20 minutes and 1 hr late. Some of our orders were also incorrectly made and/or missing. UPDATED TO 2 STARS (-1 STAR) Pizza is still good but they constantly mess up our orders. They better step their game up or else theres another star gone. UPDATED TO 1 STAR (-1 STAR) Pizza is still good but service sucks. 5/5 times weve been there, theyve messed up our order. To make things worse. Theyre not timely. We ordered 1.5 hour in advance and they were still late by .5 hrs.

My rating for this place is a 3 start because our pizza was not made the way we instructed. We gave specific instructions on how we wasnt our pizza made but it didnt come out that way. Anyway we mentioned it to the cashier who took our order and she apologized and gave us a break for the next time we come for pizza. Her customer service in dealing with us was excellent. She listened to our complaint, acknowledge their error in order and defused the situation. I hope she went back to the attending person in charge to leery him or her know about a customer concern.

VERY dirty! Waitress walked in and asked if we were done with EVERY single plate and cup. This usually wouldnt matter but we had a party of 20+ people. She then asked if she bothered us, since we looked since we were having a meeting,which was nice except the total sarcasm in her voice. Then the next time she came, she pointed at the plates she wanted. She then continuously poked my dad on the back to ask if he was done with his drink. The pizza was pretty good, except that there was sausage on the so called "vegetarian" pizza.

Went to the dinner buffet with the wife. I was pleased, great variety of pizzas, nice selection at the salad bar and all the food was freash and tasty, lots of tvs with sportsball playing. However there was no cheese pizza, a favorite for my wife, and the mens room was in poor shape. It was very clean but the fixtures were old or just not functioning at peak performance. Overall good place to eat.

Will your picture Bear get no cold cups yet to drink out of paper cups And when you order a pizza you dont get the right stuff on it Will you order wings no celery sticks or carrots or ranch And customer-service is really no good and the manager is no good and the sailaud bar is a mess the hole store is mess i will never come back again and rest rooms are very dirty

Worst experience of my life at a pizza parlor. We had paper cups for our already warm beer. No plates with our pizza. And no celery sticks with our wings. When every picture advertisement in the store had celery with their wings. When asked about it they simply said they didnt have any and dont every serve them. Will never return to this establishment.

This place failed me twice on both service and quality of food. When you have to see grown men scavenge for a slice or two its pretty sad. I have never seen a buffet fail so hard at keeping up with the demand than tonight. I dont recommend this place nor while I ever go back.

Evening buffet customer service is bad; the counter people seem bothered when you approach the counter with anything and you cant request a type of pizza for the buffet. Stay away
