I always take my car here because they do good work, are honest, and have fair prices. Ive taken multiple cars there for brake inspection and each time theyve told me I had plenty of wear level. They even waived the fee for me and just asked that I come back in when I do want my brake pads replaced. I took a used car I purchased in there to get inspected, they said it was in great shape and knocked off half the labor fee because the job was quick. The times I have had work done on my car, they finished on time and charged me what they quoted over the phone. Prices seemed reasonable and they did quality work. They also never tried to upsell me on anything I dont know the story about the two bad reviews, but it sounds like the complete opposite of my experience.

i took my 04 mustang there to replace braking pads this Fri because it started to make some annoying noises. Since I am a college student, live a life at the brink of budgets every month, I really needed a good deal to avoid starvation, and I had done some researches about general charges too. (Cuz I am a noob o_o~) Bob later told me that it wasnt the brake problem, the rotor was wore out and had some pointy edges. And guided me to see the differences between perfect rotor and mine ( bad one. ) It ended up costing much less than I expected, so I changed my air filter there too :) Cut the story short, I feel like they are honest, nice, and professional. 5 stars hands down ^o^!!

"Bob" was rude and clearly didnt want my business. He seemed angry at me for even coming into his shop. When I tried to leave my car wouldnt start (the reason for I came to his shop in the first place) so I asked "Bob" if someone could give my battery a jump, which is the problem Ive been having, and he said "NO!" and "If I did Id have to charge you for it!" So, "Bob" and his cronies sat there and watched as I waited for AAA to come and give me a jump......they just sat there and watched me waiting. They werent busy or anything, but they still sat there and watched me wait. These guys definitely come from a place of "NO!"

Took my car there due to a recommendation from a friend. They were busy the day I took the car in, but they looked at it right away since it was a dangerous problem (the engine was surging) and quickly diagnosed the problem as the throttle body misalignment. They realigned it and only charged their hourly labor rate, which they had quoted to me right away when I called them. I agree with another reviewer that they were honest, nice, and professional.

i really appreciated what this shop did for me twice. I came here to get their number so i can give them my next tire business and saw these 2 bad ratings. They helped me out when no other shop would. Im not sure if they want the details advertised, but i will be visiting them soon to give them tire business because their prices are good and because they helped me out when nobody else would.

Ive been having cars serviced and repaired here for almost 25 years - tires, brakes, tune-ups, oil changes, "check engine light" issues - and Ive always been pleased with the service! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and outstanding service. Ive known Folsom residents whove moved out of the area, and continue to bring their vehicles to OK Tire for service.

Best area repair shop in my opinion, and Ive been taking my cars to Bob at OK Tire for 11 years now. He has several top notch experienced mechanics who know what their doing, and Bob always gives an honest repair for the money. He always takes personal concern and is very consciencious to satisfying customers. He didnt pay me anything for this rating either :)

These guys worked on an old car that many shops wouldnt touch. Thought the clutch was out but Bob kept me well informed of the progress - which turned out not to be the clutch but the hydraulic line. They got the part (not easy to find) the next day, installed it and we were ready to go. Will definitely take my business there again!

I hired this shop to install tires on my car. They totally ruined my wheels by scratching them all up. They use old machines and old parts. The owner yelled at me and said the rims were already ruined before they did the work. Completely rude and unreliable, horrible customer service. Worst Shop in Folsom

Love OK Tire. Have been using them for decades. Bob knows cars inside and out and has saved us many times. I have referred lots of friends to them and people always thank me after. I hope they never close!! Its so important to have a mechanic you trust....

I have also had nothing but good experiences here. They are honest, helpful, and trustworthy. I have been many other places where I felt taken advantage of, and after finding OK Tire (after a friend told me about them), I would not take my cars anywhere else.

Took my VW to this place to repair a window. Ended up paying over $450! Took them much longer to repair than they estimated probably because they dont work on many VWs. Learned my lesson. Next time Ill go to a dealer

Since I started taking my RAV4 to OK Tire, it runs better than new! They work with me on what needs to be fixed and dont try to upsell for things that arent needed. Id recommend them anytime.

Warning: Submitting a receipt to the "Call Curtis" team at CH 13 news. $143.00 for replacing a $3.00 spark plug/ half an hour of labor. This is only the beginning folks.
