Im in the middle of a nightmare move from Central California to Southern California. My friend was in the process of driving my car down to me when it died on the freeway near Modesto. Luckily it was only an hour from her house, but instead of paying towing charges, I decided to look for a repair shop in Modesto. Thats when I found Motor Motion. Even though weve only talked on the phone, I would recommend them to anyone. They have gone above and beyond to fix my car and help me understand what was going on with my car even though Im hundreds of miles away. Its just my luck to find an excellent mechanic as Im moving out of the area. Reasonable prices. Excellent quality work. Done in a timely manner. Ethical, responsible and friendly people. On a five star rating system, they get a seven. Everyone is always looking for a good mechanic. Look no further, Motor Motion will take care of you.

We recently moved to the area and received a coupon in the mail for a free oil change. Not knowing where we would get our cars serviced around here we decided to try them out and very happy we did! They have such an inviting atmosphere and my daughter was occupied the entire time with the play area unlike I have seen anywhere else. They were honest and spent a good amount of time inspecting my vehicle. I knew I had an oil leak and they took the extra steps to determine the exact location of the leak and gave me a reasonable quote. I feel I can trust their judgment and am now currently having my leak fixed. They even dropped my husband off at home and are going to pick him back up once its finished! I now know where I will be taking my vehicles in the future!

They diagnosed a problem that other repair shops could not find with my Rav4. I have two Toyotas and I have them both serviced here. Why. They are always on time.....have the best shuttle...(you dont have to sit around for two hours waiting for a mini van to show up and THEN go on a tour of the city before you get home,......then go through it all over again when you need to be picked up) !! I am very critical of service in general but Greg and the team are the best. I am not sure if they are the cheapest or the most expensive but if you value your time, value honesty and want it done right the first time...take your vehicle here...get it done right and get on with your life!!

If you like being gouged on parts prices and not having your problems fixed then this is the place!!! I gave them 740 for a cat and Distributor O-ring,told them "the car failed on high nox and the EGR works,Ive been told that usually means bad cat but Im no mechanic" Their technicians should have properly diagnosed my car,found out why the nox is three times the limit,and fixed it. I would have found a shop for life. Instead they over charged me,took my money(for repairs that didnt fix my problems because of improper diagnosis) and sent me down the river, now off to find a shop that doesnt keep the "mechanics are crooks" stereotypes alive.

I took my F350 to Motor Motion after speaking with their rep that they work on diesel trucks. My truck was towed in to their shop and towed back out with an $800 bill! They replaced parts that didnt need replacing and recommended another part to be replaced which was replaced and still no start. I took the truck in to another diesel shop and got a completely different recommendation for repairs and when that was done I had my truck back running! I wasted $800, plus towing, and some other parts that were recommended that I purchased on my own and still have in a box that I can not return. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR DIESEL REPAIR.

Motor Motion is an excellent service center. They provide timely, professional care for your automobile. The shuttle helps a great deal, especially when you are dropping your vehicle off early and have to be at work. I recommend taking advantage of their loyalty program, which gives you 5% off of your initial invoice, and you accrue points and discounts over time. I will admit, the prices are a touch higher than the competition, but the level of service that Greg and his team provide is the best Ive experienced! I would highly recommend any of my friends/family/co-workers to Motor Motion.

Were from out of state, our engine light came on our diesel truck, lost power. These guys fixed exactly what we suspected. Also detected bad brake fluid and transmission fluid, heed their recommendations- we service our vehicles regularly and our transmission needed changing so bad, it now runs like a Duramax with Nikes! I went in to Motor Motion to get my rear brakes done because my brake light was on. They checked the brakes and they were fine. They ended up doing a diagnostic on it and found out that I have the wrong differential put in my truck. I had my rear end done about 7 months ago so it was still under warranty. They dug deep in my truck to find the problem and took their time. I am VERY VERY pleased with their service and I will be going back whenever I need my car worked on!!!

Hands down one of the best experiences one can have when getting your car serviced. The hands on approach, transparency, and ability to talk about my car in a way I can understand puts this place as my go to auto shop moving forward. Before I left that gave me a gift bag and said welcome to the family!
