I took my daughters SUV in for maintenance. It was leaking oil from somewhere and almost started a fire at a stop light. Mike did through diagnostics, applied the charge to my final bill and made several suggestions of other repairs he could do since he already had the car apart. This kept the labor charges down. The SUV runs great I was able to drive it down to bay area and back to bring my daughter back from college for the summer. Thanks to Mike and the fine people at Automotive Services Unlimited my daughter can drive her SUV in safety. Since I found out they are also certified for Mini and even my Smart Car I have a great place to take my other vehicles. Thank you Mike and company for the great service! August 18, 2016 After the great experience I received with our SUV I brought my wifes Mini in for its 60,000 mile service. Mike and company did a fantastic job running through everything on the car top to bottom. They found it needed brakes front and back. I wasnt expecting to both at the same time but Mike did a great explaining the need and showing me how much of the existing brakes I had left. Automotive Services Unlimited has kind and courteous people who take time to explain everything in detail to your satisfaction.

I have known Mike since I was 16 years old, I will be turning 31 on Feb 19th. He fixed my very first car, 84 Camaro. I remember my first impression of him was I knew he was a car guy first and foremost. My cars have always been done right the first time. Mike is the type of guy who is not only honest, but he has a passion for what he does, and you can feel it as a customer. Being the owner you might think you would never meet him. Fact is I see and talk with Mike more than anyone else there, he makes it a point to make you feel like family. Today I got my car smogged and as usual I was impressed with the service and wait time. I have not seen Mike in a long time, but not much has changed. To me thats a good thing, you can tell he cares more than ever and has a life long dedication to his customers and business, again, because its passion that drives him. I assure you that if you just make one visit there you will be hooked for life, and wanting to tell all your friends and family about him. Oh, his wife is now the manager and runs the office. I have never met her before, but she is very sweet and made me feel right at home. God Bless people like Mike and his family, they are truly a wonderful gift to our community.

I am a single mother. I dont normally anounce that, but I feel strongly that if you are too, that this is the safest place to bring your car. Usually, automotive shops take advantage of my worry about keeping my kids safe, and add more automotive work than needs to be done. l was refered by a friend to ASU. I knew by my first call, when Hank answed the phone, that I was in good hands. He listened to my horror stories with compassion, and was very patient when I was explaing my needs and goals for taking care of preventative maintenance. My car was inspected on all points, and a more than reasonable plan was made at a reasonable estimate. I felt so comfortable with how serious I was taken, and that I was explained everything in detail, that I have decided to put all my car fund into this establishment. I also, like that I was treated like a human being, and not some dumb female customer. I even learned a few things. I am so excited to get on the road in a vehicle that I know will be safe.

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. Mike understood the unique requirements of this particular car, which is street and track-driven. He also did a thorough enough job to notice where another shop that installed some of the cars suspension components did a downright dangerously bad job, and he remedied those issues, indicating he cared about a job done right. My only negative is Mike indicated the car couldnt achieve any more camber up front than what he had it at, but when I took a look after the fact, I found both camber plates were set at their most conservative setting (albeit as inboard as possible at that setting). All in all though, pricing was very reasonable. and Ill continue to use ASU for all the jobs that are beyond my DIY skill set.

I have been going to see Automotive Unlimited for over 10 years. I only go when i really need something I cant do myself, done right. The mechanics and owners are very hands on and have been a part of my community since I decided to move here. Prices are good but, the work is better. I had my starter go out a few days before Christmas, and I was still able to get the car repaired and back on the road quickly. All of Mikes Techs are highly qualified and certified and have been with him for years. They also provided me with a full diagnostic of my CRV which showed I needed to replace the fluid in my tran. I cant afford it now but after the holiodays are done with me I am taking it back in.

Been there once and Im going back for my second time today. I had a great first experience. The owner and crew seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a used truck and I brought it in to get smogged. the owner himself put the truck on a lift and looked at everything underneath the truck , as well as under the hood it was a complimentary service I told him that I thought I needed a certain service done and he advised me that I did not need to and he was right I have not had any issues. He could have easily said sure Ill do it and taken my money. Pretty sure I found a new mechanic

I have been with Mike at Automotive Services Unlimited for 25 years now and I would not even think about going anywhere else. Simply put, Mike is professional, honest and one of the nicest people I know. He also has outstanding employees like Hank who is also honest, professional and just a very nice person. There is a theme here and it all stems from the integrity and hard work Mike and his wife Marie, put into the business. If you want a great value with honest fair service, this is the place to go.

Excellent service. Friendly & professional. My sons adapted van was towed into their garage and they began assessment immediately. Communication was frequent and informative. They worked to keep the price down, while doing a full repair and advised on some safety precautions that we could take. This shop will be getting my 2002 Handa next for a full inspection and what ever maintenance is required, and will be servicing any family cars in the future. Highly recommended.

I have had a great experience with this company.... Ive previously been to Big O tires before in the area to make repairs, but Automotive Services Unlimited Inc does offer much cheaper services, theyre so close, and they dont try to do any repair that isnt completely necessary for the well-being of your car. Incredibly friendly staff, and if youre lucky, you might see the cute little dog thats in there sometimes!
