Very disappointed in Autotronics lack of quality control. Our experience yesterday can only be explained by lack of concern and sloppy work. If this is how Autotronics treats "cars like they are our family" thankfully we are not related. We brought our mini-van to the shop when my husband was unable to replace the serpentine belt due to a frozen tensioner. The car also had sheared a bolt on the water pump causing a coolant leak and a leak in the Power Steering pressure line. Autotronics evaluated the car, explained what needed repair, and gave us an estimate. After approval they began work to replace the pressure line (from the power steering pump) and the serpentine belt, tensioner and idler assembly. We called to pick up our mini-van and was told the work was complete- for a decent price of $789. We arrived at the shop Saturday afternoon, paid the bill only to discover the check engine light was on. My husband asked the mechanic if there was a reset for the service engine soon light, which he stated was not on when he brought the car in for repair. One of the mechanics came over & read the check engine light code- apparently they had accidentaly knocked off a module near the idler pulley. While the mechanic reconnecting the module, it was pointed out that the radiator hose had a major gash and a serious stream of coolant was leaking out. Both the module and radiator hose were directly in line with the area of the work that had been done- but the mechanic said the car "must have been like that when it came in, because the hose is weak" and wouldnt replace the $20 radiator hose. Instead we waited in the lobby for 35 minutes and finally told they close at 5:00 pm and couldnt do the 5 minute repair. They told my husband to take it up with the guy who did the work when they open up on Monday. This is all fine for them- but we are out of our family car the entire weekend. Thanks. The little loaner car doesnt fit our carseats- again no concern on their part. If the check engine light had been on, AND the radiator hose had a leak, why wasnt it pointed out in the estimate for repair. Surely this would have been seen by the mechanic when the car was started to ensure the water pump wasnt leaking, as this stream coming from the radiator hose was directly above the water pump. This could have been dangerous and could have caused serious damage to the car. If my hasband had left in the condition they gave him the car, the coolant would have all blown out and overheated the engine. They have a sign behind the counter that states they want to earn our trust. Not sure how.

Weve always had a pretty good experience with them for all of our cars maintenance, all 3 of them! They have always been polite and respectful of our decisions and requests.I would say their customer service its superb. They only reason I gave 4 stars is because 1) their prices for some parts are a tad more expensive & 2)we more recently had our first run in with not understanding how a diesel alternator works (at least on our dodge 2500); we opted not to replace as they mentioned and found that their testing is done most likely too early and not after its almost warmed up. Either way, we have been with them for over two years now and plan to be with them in the future as well. Convenient location, shuttle service, rental cars, comfy waiting lounge....a one stop shop! I hope they continue to improve; they recently expanded their shop, I think its great! P.s your answering service still says open till 10p on tues which is why my car sat there for two days! Oops!

This was my first time coming to this shop and it was great. I was having a coolant leak and when i called them about the price for a pressure test, they said they could do a pressure and block test for FREE for me, while other places quoted me at around $60. When I walked in the ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice, and very funny. I needed a ride home so they could work on my car for a couple hours and they have a free shuttle service for people that live in the general area. Unfortunately none of the shuttles were available, so one of the ladies at the front desk gave me a ride home in her own car which I thought was extremely nice. The problems on my car were fixed as needed, it was a hose and they found some other things like fluids they suggested i should fix, total was $160 so not too bad. so overall, great people great service great price

I have used Autotronics a handful of times over the last several years. They have consistently provided good service. They make getting car repairs as convenient as possible. They are always so friendly and accommodating. I picked up one of my cars yesterday and was pleased to find that the bill was only $80. Something was draining my battery, but we couldnt figure out what. Autotronics determined the power seat button had gotten stuck and drained the battery. I was very pleased that they only charged $80 to find the problem. I felt like other auto repair places might have taken the opportunity to charge a lot more for that. I never feel ripped off when I bring my vehicles to Autotronics, and that is why I will continue to use them for any auto repairs I need.

These guys are great! Made an appointment to get some warranty work done that was recommended by a tire company. After inspecting my vehicle they said the work was unnecessary after all! So refreshing to work with a company that isnt doing unnecessary work just to make a buck! Also while I was checking my vehicle in I noticed a sign describing what is included in an oil change (much more than what is included at the quick oil change places for about the same price. And it includes a car wash and vacuum) so I decided to have that done. When they were taking my information they told me the oil change would be free because it was the week of my birthday!

Thank you to all of you that supported "Brakes for Breast" campaign. This was a national event supported by over 60 auto shops across the state in the month of October. Researchers at Cleveland Clinics Lerner Research Institute found that a single vaccination could prevent breast tumors from occurring in mice genetically bred to develop breast cancer, while also inhibiting the growth of already existing breast tumors. 100% of the proceeds of the fundraiser will go directly to the Cleveland Clinic & Dr. Vincent Touhys Breast Cancer Prevention Vaccines Research Fund. Now they can move further to get this vaccine approved for humans. Good Job!

Just got my Explorer out of repair AGAIN. Thank God for Autotronics always being there. Its an old car now with 150,000+ miles on it, but Autotronics has kept it going for several years. Their hospitality is wonderful! Nice clean restroom (inside), great lounge area with toys for smaller children, TV & a comfy couch for the big people, & the coffee pots always on. Plus, their loaners are always dependable. Owners & employees alike are always friendly, patient, & ready to serve you--seeing my name on the daily bulletin board greeting always makes me feel welcome! Autotronics goes the Extra Mile!!!
