Our HOA uses this company and they have terrible scheduling and communication with homeowners/residents. I have missed multiple work days for repairs scheduled and cancelled by the plumbing company. Previously lied to my HOA company about not being able to get a hold of me for repairs that needed to be done in a neighboring unit. They ripped up a hole in my closet wall to repair the neighbors plumbing and cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs and days of work missed.

I had James Le Court Plumbing come out and put in a new water heater in mid-January. I was so happy w/ the work that I had them come out again to put in a Grundfos Comfort System ... translation -- a pump for my water heater to ensure hot water gets to where I need it quickly w/o waiting and using up water unnecessarily. Jims guys are professional & courteous and know their stuff. They wore booties inside my house and were quick to get the job done!

PRICEY!!!!!!!!!!!! 335 dollars trip charge, 75 dollars an hour plus parts. The minimum was 400 dollars to replace a broken water supply valve for an icemaker. 335 to ring a doorbell? Nice job if you can get it, just not from me.
