These guys do not stand behind their work. My main line keeps plugging up about every 6 to 8 months. I have a manual tape that I run up 20+ feet and always find a clog. This most recent time, I have had the house just two years, I decided I better get a pro to come clean the thing out as there must be a reason the same spot clogs up. Called up ER Block and described the ongoing problem. They sent a guy out that as soon as he opened the access starts going on about how he does not like these T that is installed in the main line (house built in 68). He also says he sees paper and that is the problem. He gets a smaller auger machine and sticks it down the access and the clog immediately clears. I repeated that I always find a large clog 20+ feet in. He complains more about the T and says "I know you think the problem is up higher but the T is the problem" He then ran his auger a few feet in and right back out and again repeats the clog was at the T. I gave him the $130 and he left. A few nights later the entire house was backed up again. At midnight I am back out there with my manual tape. Who would have guessed that I find a massive clog about 20+ feet in?????? This time when I pulled the tape out a huge clog of paper actually pulls up the access pipe. Next day I call ER Block to let them know the guy had not cleared the main line yet took the money. I did not receive so much as an "Im sorry you are having problems". All the guy said was " I will look into it". Twice. I have not heard a word and it has been two weeks now. Do not use these people. They really do not care if they do good work!

My family has been using ER Block for YEARS for our personal and multi-family properties. They have always gotten the job done perfectly and put 110% effort into each project. Last Thursday was a prime example of the dedication and intelligence of these men, when a resident accidentally crashed into a fire hydrant causing thousands of gallons of water to fill the streets. Paul got there and immediately started working on a solution. Then James came and to help because none of our solutions were working. Long story short, these two stayed until 8:30 PM in the cold and dark trying to make sure my residents could go the night with water. They ran out of feasible options and had to improvise. Fortunately it worked and the street didnt flood in the middle of the night. The next day Paul and Ted came out to work on it again to find a more permanent solution. They did, the hydrant is up and working and everyone got their water. ER Block has always handled every job or project with care and dedication. Many other companies will not go the extra mile, they would have said "sorry the residents will have to go to school and work without any water until tomorrow." You pay for what you get, with ER Block, you are getting the best around. Thank you all so much for your years of hard work and dedication.

ER Block has been doing my plumbing for about 14 years. Obviously, if I wasnt happy with the quality of their work, I would have found someone else a long time ago. They have done lots of different jobs, replaced my water heater, several faucets, disposal, etc. and Ive always felt that the work was good and the price very fair. I highly recommend you give these guys a call.
