We used Bobby Blue Plumbing about 2 years ago when my water heater was leaking and caused some damage to my home. He quickly responded, was incredibly honest in that he tried to just repair the water heater, but it ended up that we needed a new one. We were able to purchase the water heater through him and he installed it quickly. He also gave us an excellent recommendation for a cleaning and restoration company who came out to fix the damage done to our home. Fast forward to the beginning of this year. We discovered we had a slab leak in our Master Bathroom. I found my receipt and called Bobby Blue and they sent one of their plumbers, Steve, to our house the next day, which was New Years Eve. We got the leak detected and Steve fixed it the next day, New Years Day! Unfortunately, the pressure from the repair caused another leak in the same area. I called Steve and he came out immediately. He was able to do a reroute and repair the new leak. Steve was responsive, more than generous and fair, and did a great job, being honest, once again, with the repairs and what we may need to do in the future. In addition, they are reasonably priced for the quality of work they provide. I cant begin to say enough positive words to express my appreciation for Bobby and his employees. In a competitive, often time, dishonest service industry, it is so refreshing and heartening to find an honest, reliable, quality company! I would recommend Bobby Blue Plumbing in a heart beat and I can guarantee I will use them again!

It is a pleasure for me to take time out of my day to comment on this Plumbing service that I was referred to by several fellow employees. My shower faucet pressure began to decrease over a period of time and I just couldnt figure it out so I realized that it was beyond anything I could do myself. I asked around friends, family and co-workers everyone spoke of "the guy in blue" so I looked him up "Bobby Blue Plumbing" I was first impressed by how simple and catchy it was to remember and gave him a call, we made an appointment, he showed up, diagnosed the problem in minutes and was decently priced. I live in a historical neighborhood my house was built in 1922 so I was a little concerned....come to find out that it was something simple (whew thank God for honest people) and was addressed and completed within the hour. I have had plumbers out to my residence before and usually there seems to be this 1-2 hour of trying to figure it out, but not with this guy I showed him and hew knew exactly what to do and didnt charge me for advice on preventative measures to keep this from occurring again ...now thats service. In my opinion Fast, Reliable, Honest and Reasonably priced. I see why he was recommended and I will recommend too. If you need a plumber The Guy in Blue "Bobby Blue" I thought it funny when I heard it, but now I know when I asked my best friend for a good plumber he said "I thought you knew Bobby Blue. Ha ha Ha I still get a kick out of it every time I say it.

BBP was all over my job,I had 2 main clean outs replaced and 15ft or more pipe replaced that was completely full of water,BBP showed me video evidence of all my problems,gave me the BEST price and the next morning with the most fierce,skill,knowledge and professionalism they finished the job in one day I was totally shocked and impressed,these guys dont play around,that was a lot of work by anyones standards and Jimmy,one of the brothers of the company was a beast,fine tuning everything and David was a pipe laying Machine.The most down to earth and unselfish guys Ive Ive had the pleasure to work with.They even fixed a sprinkler line I busted while they were their,FREE.I felt comfortable and reassured with BBP,they showed me a lot and taught me a lot,Dont cheat yourself,call BBP first,youll be GLAD YOU DID!!!!!!

Bobby Blue Plumbing really came through for me while I was out of town. There was a leak in my water heater and they were able to come out same day from Rancho Cucamonga all the way to Highland. They not only solved the problem but fixed something else we didnt even know was wrong. My wife was relieved that I knew the right people to call. Great service from Bobby Blue Plumbing, they worked around my schedule to fix a water leak at the meter box. Jimmy came out pretty quick after I called them and he showed me my problem, why it happened, and how they would fix it before doing any work. Rates are very reasonable too and they take the time to get to know their customers. I would recommend them for sure!
