Once again we were in a tight spot and needed a plumber out that same day. We have been through many different plumbers over the years and can never find any who we would call back. That all changed when we found All-City. We all know how stressful it is to deal with plumbing issues, but All-City takes the stress out of a seemingly bad situation. The work was done so fast and with such expertise and confidence that now we hardly even feel like we had a plumber here at all. We are happy to say that we finally have a plumber that we would proudly recommend to anyone. Anthony (owner) of All-City is a professional and truly seems to care about his companys impression and his relationship with customers. Like he said, he thinks of his customers as his bosses. He is polite and respectful of your property. He is not fast or hasty in his work and is not is a rush to finish. He takes pride in his work and wants to see it last and done right. He has a can-do attitude and a desire to make his customers happy. We cant express how much that means to us. We have called literally every plumber in the area (from well-known, big-name, to smaller outfits) not one is one wed recommend. We will now recommend All-City to everyone we know and look forward to using their services in the future. We know we can rely on them to be there, and try their hardest to get the job done. All-City is a business that has all the makings to become the BEST plumbing company in the Inland Empire. All-City has a customer for life in us. We were at a lost for what to do and had no one to turn to. Thank goodness for Yelp. I came across All-City and noticed their across-the-board 5 star reviews. I read a few and was instantly impressed. We called and got a same day appointment, which was a huge relief. We had a pipe spraying under our house, under our only working bathroom, and it could have turned into a nightmare if we left it to get worse. We called a few other companies, before happening upon All-City, and none could come out until the middle of the next week. It would have meant waiting 6 days. One company even gave us an outrageous price just to crawl under the house, just so they didnt have to do the job. Anthony called before arrival and came out well over an hour than he had originally scheduled us for and immediately suited up and crawled under the house. He never once complained or mentioned a cost for doing the crawl under. He came back out and explained the problem we were having and gave us 2 options (1 lower cost, quick fix option and another higher cost, worst case scenario option). Anthony felt confident that he could do the low cost, quick fix and that it would last. His confidence in himself, gave us confidence in him. It was very reassuring. He spoke to us in laymans terms and even drew us a picture of how the pipes were positioned. Being two women, he treated us with respect and never once was authoritative or spoke down to us. Thats something very hard to find these days. He listened to us and our needs and never rushed the appointment. What we also appreciated was his knowledge of older homes and the different challenges associated with older plumbing. He came back the next day, a Saturday, and was methodical with the work. He was done almost 2 hours sooner than he expected and there were no problems. He had taken a picture of his completed work and it looked beautiful, (as much as pipes can look beautiful HAHA) very clean and neat. The price originally quoted was what we paid and it was very fair for the quality. Thank you again Anthony for coming to our rescue!

I bought my first home a week ago, and consequently, Ive never called a plumber in my life until now. After I installed an ice maker line by tapping into the copper pipes in my attic, I quickly lost water pressure to most parts of my house. The faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the showers were puttting out a quarter of the water they normally do. In desperation, I called All City Plumbing, and they were able to send Ezequiel out the same day at a time that worked with my schedule. Ezequiel was very nice, and listened to my explanation of what happened. After checking a few things around the house, he pulled off the tip of a faucet and pointed out that the water pressure was fine; however, the screens on all the faucets were full of gunk. Apparently, I had introduced some insulation into the water pipes when I did the work in the attack. It went through the pipes and promptly clogged up anything it could. Ezequiel explained it was an easy fix and told me how to do it. He then refused to charge me. I was amazed, but so thankful at the same time. You can be guaranteed that they will be the first ones I call next time I have a problem.

I have never given a review to a plumber before today. But, the service that I received from Anthony at All City was nothing short of amazing. He came to my home and inspected my leaky water heater. He showed me specifically where and what the problems were. He explained why I needed a new boiler. He spoke to me in such a calm and professional manner I felt like he was my brother or my best friend. I immediately trusted him and felt comfortable doing business with him. He quoted me a price and give me a time the next day when he would return and do the job. Well, he came on time and he charged me the quoted price. He worked cleanly and unobtrusively and he was polite to everyone in my family. I told him that my wife was sick and he said that he would pray for her. I cannot recommend Anthony or All City Plumbing too highly. As I said before, I have never felt this way about a plumber. But, this time, these guys are the real deal. They care about the customer and they care about their reputation. They want to do a great job for you. Trust me when I say call All City Plumbing.

Ive used All City Plumbing on three separate occasions over the last couple of months because they do a great job. Most recently, I had a washer & dryer delivered from Sears and they were there the same day at the same time to shorten the gas pipe going into the utility room. Then, using their dolly, they moved the washer and dryer into the utility room and hooked them up in no time flat using quality parts. Great job guys! About a week later the old hot water heater conked out and I had them replace it with a Bradford White hot water heater. In the process they brought the hot water heater up to spec by properly installing the hot water relief valve, which wasnt up to code on the old one. Another great job guys!

I contacted All City Plumbing yesterday afternoon due to a sewage pipe leak on my second floor that was leaking into the MAIN LOBBY of my office! Needless to say time was of the essence. Ezequiel was able to respond to the site earlier than expected. He assessed the problem and was able to provide me with a fair quote provided to me in writing via email. After I had the quote approved, Ezequiel and his crew showed up this morning and fixed our sewage leak problem within a 2 hour window! I am highly satisfied with the response time and the work of All City Plumbing. All of their staff was very polite and professional. I will be using All City Plumbing for all of our future needs.
