DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! I am only putting one star because it doesnt allow zero stars!!!! They replaced our AC unit. The day after they left, it started making a ton of noise. He swore that a specific coil needed to be replaced against our wishes because it wasnt giving us trouble and the insurance didnt cover it. Now we find out that it DID NOT need to be replaced. He left cardboard in the fan of the unit. Poor quality install and two years later it wont hold freon because it all leaked out. He didnt even install a filter pan, and two years later said that the pan was extra money. Why he didnt tell us before, only him and God knows. ADELE has no idea what the hell he is doing. He is a complete jerk on the phone. Disrespectful, rude, very frustrating and hard to communicate with. He refused to come out and fix the problems he caused and blamed it on the unit. Everything is everyone elses fault and problem. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, never give this company your money. You WILL regret it.

Very disappointed and actually quite frustrated. We have been without air going on day 10 now. First, they had to order the part (compressor). That took 5 days. Granted, our warranty company was likely the cause of most of that delay. But the Superior serviceman, Adele, never checked the inside unit after installation. Then, he left. There were problems with the inside unit. So, we had to ask for a call back. They waited two days (through the weekend) before coming back. Once they got here, they did not open the unit or look at the coils. Without looking, he said the coils needed cleaning, even though we had cleaned them already. Instead of working on the unit, he said he didnt have time to fix it, and he left. Unbelievable!

Worse experience ever. Very unprofessional company and staff. Adel (Manager/Coordinator) has no idea what technician is sent to customers properties, dont submit diagnosis to vendor in a timely manner, need to push and bug him to submit paperwork, provides and assumes wrong diagnosis to vendor. His employees are very unprofessional and irresponsible .. Bad experience ever. I would not recommend this company to no one. Irritated Customer Jay G.

Terrible company. If your looking for a place that doesnt know what theyre doing and doesnt care theyre great. They failed to complete my job, argued with their customer, created problems that didnt exist before they arrived, didnt give an invoice or reciept, and then refused to talk on the phone or return calls. STAY AWAY! FAR< FAR AWAY!!!!!

Absolute worst experience with this shady company. They took my money and then reported to my home warranty company that I had not paid. Then the air conditioner broke again just days out of the warranty.
