I am a care provider for an elderly couple in Diamond Bar. Back in 12/2010 I contacted ALL PRO PLUMBING, to fix a leaking kitchen sink. Yes they came out fast, the tech had some trouble finding the problem, and I had to point out to him that he needed to check the garbage disposal, which was the problem. So, I agreed that, yes we should replace it. At the same time their faucet was really old and also should be replaced. He said he had to go and get the parts and that he would be back about 5:00 pm. He did not show up till 6:00 pm which was to late for him to do the repairs, as the couple, goes to bed early. He said the next day he was off, but he would come back. He did, with the parts, and fixed all the items that we had agreed to. The cost was $595.00 which I thought was high, but went ahead with it, no complaints. About, three months ago, the faucet in the kitchen stated to move, I figured I would go under the sink and tighen up the plastic bolts (not sure what you call them) that secures the faucet to the sink. Well I waited awhile, because it was not that bad, then it got a lot worse. So last week I finally got under the sink to look and found that the tech had not used any bolts to secure it, he just put a lot of puddy, which had now started to come apart. I called ALL PRO PLUMBING, explained to them what had happened and how bad the work the tech had done, and they told me, that ya they would come out and fix it and charge me again. That we had a 90 day warrenty, so sorry. These people are 85 and 87 years old on a fixed income, they were taken advantage of, and these people dont care about one of THEIR EMPLOYEES who did really bad work. I had to go out spend an additional $75 and get a complete new faucet, because the one they sold us, I was unable to find the correct bolts to secure it. THANKS ! I advise anyone to beware of this company and their Tech with the last name of Lalo, he is obviously not qualified to do the job correct.

Today I was very disturbed at what I saw. My neighbors had All pro working on their house. I saw two of their workers by their vehicle talking. It looked as if one was asking the other one in blue overalls a question and the one in blue overalls flipped out. I have never seen someone be so unprofessional as to raise your voice at a customers house and cuss someone (a coworker out). At first I thought they were just coworkers but when the one in blue overalls mention he was the manager and boss and was discriminating against an employee screaming and shouting and made physical contact by charging the other guy and bumping him with his chest as if trying to provoke him. Obviously this company supports this behavior and abuse. My family and I will never support such a company and will not recommend it to anyone. Responding to what the owner replied. Yes it was your uniform along with the hat that said the companys name and the vehicle. Its was a blue uniform from your company. The fact that you are questioning me to save face on the Internet to deny this, confirms the type of company this is, obviously integrity isnt of value here. Hopefully the employee that was getting assaulted will come forward and report his boss without repercussions from this company.

I called because an outdoor water pipe broke. Mike C. came on schedule and fixed it. He gave me the different options I had and I picked the one that met my needs. He was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty, checking the water pressure in the house and taking items to the trash. I was very happy with his service and will call him again if I have further plumbing needs. I would highly recommend him to friends and others. I asked that Chris G. come to give me options on replacing my homes thermostat. My roommate and I are both legally blind and we had trouble setting the existing thermostat. I looked at the option for a larger print thermostat, but Chris also showed me a video on his iPad of a voice-activated one. That fits our needs perfectly. He left for a short time to pick up the thermostat and came back and installed it quickly. We are very happy with our choice. He also set up our smartphones so we could adjust the thermostat remotely, which is so great. I also had him service the A/C unit, which will be wonderful when the hot weather returns. I was very pleased with the service and product that we got through Chris, and would highly recommend him to friends and others.

The best company that has ever worked for me in my house. Tim is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He also impressed with his training skills during this job. His assistant in training helped him tremendously. I have a home warranty policy that I tried to use with their own vendors and it did not work out. Although the warranty company will reimburse me 100%, they could not find a specialist that deals with gas leaks. I had to wait two days while they tried to find a specialist and they couldnt. The gas company shut me off and my family was left without heat and hot water during that time. I called All Pro, and within 30 minutes of my original call, were at my front door. Tim performed diagnostics, remove and replace within about 3 to 4 hours all together. Gas leaks without saying is very dangerous. My family and I are very grateful for his services. Also, Tim can be a great salesman as well. So be prepared!

Called because of water leaking into the elevator machine room. Matt and Willie came out to investigate the same afternoon and discovered after a great deal of work and process of elimination that the problem was going to take more work and time than they had that evening. Matt, Willie and Alex came back the next day to discover the problem stemmed from an overhead sewer pipe that was rotted through and required replacement. The crew worked diligently, completed the repair in a timely fashion and without disruption to any other tenants. Matt kept me updated from the time they arrived Tuesday until the job was complete on Wednesday. The guys did a great job, pictures tell the story. I do have to say, as I told Matt, that every AllPro technician Ive had the pleasure of working with has been unfailingly pleasant and professional. Thank you.
