Recommended by my brother in law...the ladies I spoke with were amazingly nice...kept me informed for two days....then Fred showed up..very..very pleasant man...said he couldnt fix my plumbing issue on friday..mayb saturday..said he wud call...nothing but crickets the next morning...i became a little skeptical and thought Id just fix it myself...fred called in the afternoon and said he had my number wrong...well he showed up...worked his a.....s off and fixed my problem...i am now a loyal customer of klaus & sons..and Fred is definitely my go to plumber...i usually do my own repairs and dont let just anyone into my house..fred is definitely a master at his trade..k&s is lucky have him..and I was very pleased and fortunate to get him..the pricing if u kno anything about plumbing costs was staggeringly amazing...i cudnt b happier...ur foolish not to use k&s..

First I would like to say you have an awesome company! On Friday, Apr. 29th, my daughter and son in laws house had a pipe break for the 2nd time. Once again I called your co. and you sent someone out so quickly, this time it was Andrew (1st time was Fred). Like Fred, he was here within 15 minutes. He was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He capped off the pipe while we made the decision to go ahead and just re-pipe the whole house, since this in an old house and this will probably be an ongoing thing. We are now in the works on going through with the re-piping, using your company...of course!!!! Thank you Andrew for all your help on Friday!!!!

I needed them on Sunday late afternoon, it says 24 hours. I know I was going to pay more but it was an emergency. I called, they answered (a lady); I was told to get an estimated on price and timing, I needed to talk to the actual plumber. She asked for my phone number, Im still waiting for a phone call. They need to make sure their on call employees are truly available and check with client if everything is fine. Not just assume, the employee called and the arrangement wasnt successful. I usually try to use local places because I know about small business, but I don"t think they deserve a second chance.

Knowledgeable and fast. I am currently not in a position to purchase an entire new AC system and they have been wonderful keeping my unit going. A visit last year and one last week...both times during bad heat waves. They found and fixed the problem quickly. Although they couldnt come out next day, they did come when they said they would even though one of their technicians had left them shorthanded that day. Very pleasant to work with and no annoying sales pitch to upsell. Wonderful to have someone that can be trusted.

Installation of highly rated ducting and attic insulation. Setting up attic for work stations. Installation of exhaust fan. Sealing attic plane. I have used Klaus and sons on several occasions. First time was for a whole house replumb and I was very happy with the work and price. Again today they sent a tech right away to fix the air conditioning unit and the guy had 30 years experience and found the problem right away and had it fixed in 45 min and the price was reaonable considering what others charge now. I am very satisfied with them for now and would recoimmed them to anyone.

I called on Thanksgiving (3 other companies closed and 1 other company already completely booked for the day). I just moved into a new home and when I took my first shower, I discovered that the main line had a blockage. They called me immediately and came out to do the work promptly. I paid an after hours service fee but still felt that the fee and the charge were very fair. I will definately use Klaus & Sons in the future.
