My bath tub/shower drain was clearing slowly. So I decided to call a "great plumbing service." First, I called Roto-Rooter... BAD idea! The male that came out to "inspect" my shower just walked in and said "ok. Since the tub is clearing slow... $197." I was like what??? Mind you that he said this without even turning on the water to look at the problem. ANYWAYS, I decided not to take the offer. I came across another Plumbing service, Rooter Hero Plumbing in San Gabriel Valley. The plumber, Vincent, was prompt and very polite. He came to inspect my shower and did just that. Turned on the water and watched it slowly clear. He said, "this wont take long, it’s an easy problem to fix." I am no plumber but I dont think clearing a tub was that difficult either. The price was far more than half of what the Roto-Rooter plumber was asking for. I was very pleased with Vincent for being such a professional and not taking advantage of the situation. After he was done clearing the bath tub, he even offered to clean it up. What an awesome service. I will definitely call Vincent and his team to come if I need them again. Extremely pleased with these professionals.

Tech Franko, san fernando valley (Sunland) was great, I called about 7AM, was called back within 10 minutes and given time of techs arrival and he was here at 8:20 (Approx) and he was early....within 10 minutes (8 of that my asking him questions), he had his machine a working and my water flowing. Ask for this guy, I cant vouch for anyone else... Also have your toilet out if ya want to save hundreds (they need access to main drain). He showed me the charges for taking toilet out for access are high. "I already had my toilet out" and BINGO, I did the 77 dollar deal and thats what it was, not penny more. I should have called from start, not after week of expensive clog remover fluids, buying a blatterbag, the pain, stress, discomfort, etc. I was worried Id deal with a bandit who would work me once they got here. Not the case, Franko is his name and he was great.

Daniel came out on 9/19 at 9pm for an emergency service. My apartment complex had a plumbing stoppage. He went over all solutions and was very knowledgeable when answering all my questions. We decided to go with the Jetter service. Daniel scheduled an appointment with me for the following day 9/20 to get the service completed. Daniel was extremely professional and polite at all times. An extreme asset for his company. All plumbing issues have been fixed. Thank you Daniel and Rooter Hero for a Job well done.

Having struggled a number of days with an evolving plumbing dilemma, I was most pleased when Luis Uriostegui arrived within an hour and a half of my call. He was courteous and professional in his demeanor as well as obviously knowledgeable. Not only did he resolve this issue, he informed me through the process of what he was doing and why. He then shared the camera inspection along with recommendations and...they honored their advertised costs without added fees. I highly recommend this company.

I got a flyer in the mail so I thought Id give them a try. They were my first call. They came, quoted me seemed like a pretty high price. When I was not sold, they lowered it a few thousand but said I had to take it right away or they couldnt guarantee me that low price. I decided not to take the offer in order to get some other bids. Every other bid I got was $8,000 to $12,000 cheaper.
