Bad customer service! I called and spoke to Jeff to set up an appointment for repiping. Got an appointment for next day between 9 am and 11 am. I waited, waited, but they never came and never called! I was going to call them and ask about it, but why wasting my time. If they cant even keep an appointment, I wouldnt trust them for a job.

The project manager, Jesse, in charge of restoring my house is very unprofessional. He didnt keep his appointment, no show and no call for 48 hours. I asked for the owners name & he wouldnt give me that guys name so i can make a complaint. Do not give them your business.
