Just came down from northern California to help my daughter with some work around her condo and thought I could be a plumber for a day. Big mistake! Had a leaking water heater pouring out of my garage. I thought my entire Sunday was going to be spent dealing with this issue. Asp came out the same morning and replaced my water heater in less than 2 hours, start to finish. They have a permanent magnet on my refrigerator.
