Our furnace stopped working Saturday morning. Its an older model. I called Positive Plumbling around 9 a.m. and he answered right away. Said someone would make it by the afternoon. The technician Alex called later that day and said he was on his way, and was right on time. In less than 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue and answered my questions about different ways to fix it.

Alex is an exceptional plumbing/heating/AC professional. I originally called him for my AC which he repaired and serviced promptly and efficiently. Then, i had him visit my rental property for annual AC maintenance. Next, I had him install shower fixtures. Most recently, I had him come out for an EMERGENCY call on Sunday morning at 7 am! He was there to access the situation within an hour.
