This company is TERRIBLE!!! I asked them to come run a water line from the kitchen sink to the other side of the kitchen for our new Keurig which is only about 10ft (it is a small apartment in Laguna Beach). The Keurig needed a part to it which they offered to order for us, we paid them almost $300 and have been waiting for them to come back with the part they ordered. It is has been almost 3 weeks and Ive called and text them several times trying to see when the part is coming in and when they would be back to finish the work they started that we already paid for. Within the 3 weeks, they answered ONE time saying the part should be arriving this week and they will be here to install it. Its been a week since, Ive placed numerous follow up calls but no has answered. Over the course of 3 weeks, Ive tried to reach out to this company and no one answers their phone, no one returns calls, and they have charged us the $300 for unfinished work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

After seeing the 1 star post, I had to give my opinion. I have used McKeown Plumbing a few times over the years and they have always gone above and beyond to do the job right and make it right. Their pricing has been fair and their work excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Laguna Beach area.

Always available to come soon when I call. Excellent service and nice staff. They have done small jobs and large jobs for me and I have been very happy each time.
