The first time I used Jim at Royal Flush Plumbing for a minor plumbing job, I had no issues, so I called him back for a leak that had developed in my water main. He initially quoted me $500-600 to fix the leak, but then dropped it to $400-$500 after he found that the leak was just below the main valve, meaning that he wouldnt have to dig around and search for it. The repair itself went fine. However, when he was finished he told me it would be $600. I kindly reminded him that the his estimate was $400-500. His initial response was "Well, I can just break the pipe and leave and we can call it even". No, he was not joking. When I asked him why he was giving me such an attitude he said "just give the $500 and lose my number". I can assure you I am a very calm and fair person and never provoked any of the nonsense coming from Jim. If you decide to go with Royal Flush, youve been warned!

I would highly recommend Royal Flush. Ive used them a few times and most recently I had a break in my main. It happened on a Saturday and I wanted to save a few bucks and tried to fix it myself. We were without water for 2 days and I was failing miserably trying to find the break. Finally on Monday morning I decided to just call Jim and have him fix it. He came out that same morning and by Monday evening we had water again! Should have just called him day 1. Jim is prompt, professional, reasonably priced and I am very happy with his work!

he overcharged me incredibly high amount to install two toilets!! $1200. he said he would match any other price quote and i sent him the quote but he did not honor it. also, he charged price for toto toilet seat and then put on Bemis, one of the cheapest seats, thinking i would never notice. and i didnt. i was embarrassed when a guest came out of the bathroom and asked why, when i had such a nice toto toilet, i had such a cheap toilet seat? i am a woman alone and i feel that he deliberately took advantage of that fact.

Over the last 5 years I have used Jim Weiss’ Royal Flush Plumbing 8 times. These have been for large items link a water heater, small items like faucet installation, inside issues and outside issues like a sprinkler valve. After one call, Jim would come over to evaluate and give a fair and reasonable price estimate. The work was done quickly and professionally. The problem was fixed completely and I appreciated his friendly approach.

Always good results. The last job was a rush water heater installation. The work was so good I had to sit down, study the details and admire it for awhile.
