Had an emergency, called at 5pm the girl Courtney who answered the phone was great! Very reassuring and let me know a time frame for someone to come out. Recvd a follow up call within said time frame letting me know they were on the way. The plumber, Tyler, was outstanding. Not only did he fix the overflowing toilet, he was very patient with my 4 year old who asked probably every question she could possibly think of. He also explained everything to me which I really appreciated. Thanks again!

This isnt about any service this is about a careless driver this morning in truck 477RP that for being busy on his phone used no signal and almost crashed into me with his pull trailer from having to brake all of a sudden the car behind me had to swerve please just have them be more cautious and pay attention to the road not their phone or radio

I had two different contractors out on the same day. Roto Rooter (Jim) and a electrical contractor. I must say i was impressed with both these companies. I will use Roto Rooter again when I need a plumber.
