My opinion is the same as the other review that said !!! Its all about the Benjamins and RUN RUN RUN ! These people charged me $250.00 for a 55X5 capacitor which is about $10 to $20 bucks and I was told repeatedly that this their STANDARD FEEEES their standard Service call feeeees ! These people also intentionally cut the locking tab on my fuse box, after I went and got a grinder to cut the lock ,then they hand me the lock as if IT was important. now I cannot lock the box. NOW I need an electrician to repair the fuse box and I know where this problem is going to end up with LEGAL problems. I highly recommend you ALL RUN RUN RUN RUn Run yes did I mention that you need to RUN FASTER

So my AC went out for a day and a half I have home warranty but theyre guy was going to take almost a week to fix it so I called around about 6 air conditioning places on Labor Day weekend finally BHI called me back and they were able to come out the same day because I had a two-year-old child in a 95-degree house Leo Mena came out and was very professional very patient while I dealt with my home warranty after he fixed the problem within an hour and we had air very appreciative thank you!!!

Five stars is not enough! I had three different companies quote me and BHI had the cheapest prices by far. Their technicians are extremely diligent and were polite and very helpful. They answered all of my questions and even followed up with me to make sure I had no further problems. Its hard to find an honest company like BHI and I would recommend them to anyone!!
