I lost 106 pounds here. If you find it, please dont return it! The group exercise and nutrition programs were my savior. I guess I owe MSC my health. The Club recently moved into the former Redwood Health Club on Cypress St. after doing a terrific remodeling job. Now I can also enjoy a greatly expanded facility including pool, steam & sauna, racquet ball, tennis and shower when Im done. The Hwy 1 facility still has Physical Therapy and is used as a personal training center.
