Great place to workout, friendly and welcoming staff. Taft Athletic Club has everything you need from a wide range of cardio machines, weights, and a multi-purpose room which can be used for stretching, etc. Very spacious! Gym members are also very friendly, creating a positive environment to workout in which always helps! The kickboxing class is one of many things they offer, which I personally really enjoy. Its a great workout, offered 2x a week, with people there to hold you accountable! Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to get in shape while also being able to meet some great people.

Its a Awesome Gym filled with knowledgeable staff and is very clean and organized . Its got that small town feel with a great energy to get you pumped up. I moved here from Maui and this Gym has that Aloha Spirit . I love it!
