This is a great gym. Id say the best in Ukiah, and Ive been a member at all the gyms. Its clean, the equipment is well equipped and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rates are very reasonable and the contract is very straightforward and easy to cancel if need be. It doesnt have much for a locker room, but I prefer to change at home. The only negative I can think of is that they dont have exercise mats or bosu/exercise balls, you have to bring your own.

Worst gym I have been to but very few options in Ukiah. The locker room is basically just a bathroom and sometimes you have to change standing up. The employees mop the floors in the middle of the busy times and they use Pine Sol, which is extremely toxic and not fun to breathe in when you are getting a workout.

Im just wondering how to get a membership there if no one ever answers the phone? The website says its open, but the phone just rings and rings and doesnt go to voicemail. Very frustrating!

Worst gym, regardless of the available options the owner is the most unfriendly! I would rather not workout than go here again!
