Where to start? This Auto Body Shop is absolutely amazing. The level of customer service they provided my wife and I when we brought in our 4 month old Mercedes was flawless. The two representatives that assisted us were Georgiana Goncereco and Aimee Marrun. These two ladies look like supermodels but have very strong knowledge in automotives and car repair. As a car enthusiast I strongly believe in educating myself in different aspects of automotives, but that is exactly what you get when you take your car to Pan American. If you are a Mercedes owner they have a special facility within their shop that caters to your expensive investment. Their prices are more than reasonable and their work is perfect. I recommend them to everyone. In two months I’m bringing them my sports car for a complete repaint. R Atniel

I dont know what the last reviewer Ryan is talking about, I have worked with Shannon 3 times and i find him the most professional and through expert. My experience at Pan American has been very very enriching and they are very professional and the best in the business, they do not allow insurance to get away with inferior parts and they will always fight for the customer and put in OEM parts, Shannon worked on both my BMWs and i would not pick anyone other than Pan American. All A+++, Trust Shannon and let him take care of the claim and getting your car back in prime form.

Very worried about the kind of people they employ. A guy named Shannon French there has filed fraudulent claims for himself in the past. He recently bumped a guy on the road and claimed it was the other persons fault and he was injured. There was no damage to either car. The witness saw the accident and heard him change the story. He only changed his story after he found out it was a rental car. He is currently under investigation for this false claim. I cant imagine what else he could do working there. Make sure he does not do any claim work for you.
