I want to give this place a negative star, not even 1 star. The owner 刘磊 is a big liar. He is not.a honest person. All he wants is $$$. My car did not.have big problem and I just want him to give out an estimate. But after he inspected my car, he made the problem worst. He said a lot things need to be done but this is not true and quoted me very high price than other shops. After i decided not to fix by him, he started to yelling and ask me to pay for checkup fee. I mean, in the beginning he did not mention there is cost to exam the problem and also he made more damage to my car which made the problem worst. My car is not drivable now because he wants me to leave the car and fix by him. He is doing bad tricks to steal $$ from the customer. I was referred by my church friend and i think as a christian, you need to be honest. But he is not!!

Last summer I went on a road trip from New York to Northern Cali. When I finally reached the west coast, I decided I needed to get my car checked (which I should have done before I left, but I didnt) so I stopped at this shop called Vanguard Auto Body Repair, and they seriously had the best customer service Ive ever encountered. I wish they were in New York, so I could have them service my car whenever I needed. They were so cool, super honest, and efficient with all the work that was done, and most of all, they were reasonably affordable. You guys should open up a shop on the east coast!

Vanguard Auto Body is the most trustworthy place I have ever been. Not knowing much about cars or what I really need or have to get done, the owner makes you feel like your in good hands. Not only did he finish sooner than expected he made sure to get me the best deal possible! Not only is my car door and fender as good as new but my wallet still has some money in it too! I will go to Vanguard Auto Body no matter what the circumstances. No where else has a better service.

Being a female, you need to be really cautious that people arent trying to take advantage of you while dealing with cars (buying a car, or getting it serviced). At Vanguard Auto, you can rely on honest service, with very thorough work being done. I really appreciate what you guys do, and doing it very well.

I went to this place relying on the pretty good reviews on Yelp. I had my front bumper fixed and I was not disappointed - it was nicely done. Dannys recommendations saved me a lot of money. I will definitely recommend this place.

My Camry 2001 was hit and run at back bumper. First sent him the pictures, and was told the price, much lower than the estimation from my insurance company. The price/speed/quality are all very satisfying.
