My fiance took her Mercedes in after having transmission slip issues with only 80,000 miles after having the Mercedes in for a day they told us we needed a new transmission. We went and picked up the vehicle and took it to German automotive who offered us world class customer service after having gotten a second opinion they told us it was a transmission plug that was loose seeping and caused the tranny fluid to be low, meanwhile the guys at European stated that they pulled my Pan down and that there were alot of shavings and we needed to get it rebuild asap for 4 thousand, German auto said the pan had never been removed once and that there was no signs of shavings or needing a new transmission. Not to mention that an hour after we left the shop the guy who attempted to scam I mean "help" my fiancé friend requested her on myspace very unprofessional kinda scary to think this creep has access to our information. Never again will we go there, German auto on herndon and Blackstone is great! many thanks to Dennis the car runs great! Very honest and excellent customer service.

All of the employees here have been wonderfully trained in customer service. I am a needy customer, and they are so accomodating. There are several courtesies they have done for me that really impressed me. And the best part of all is that their pricing is completely honest. I shop around, and I keep coming back to European Auto Performance. It is also a bonus that they are a block from Don Pepes & El Pescador taquerias when I have a lunch time pickup or drop off.

I have been bringing my 2004 Mercedes C230 to European Auto Service since 2006 and have ALWAYS had excellent service. They have been providing my A/B services for the best price--I do shop around-- and did my brakes for a reasonable price, as well. Beats the dealership hands down!! Not to mention my car always looks good when I go pick it up. Everyone there from the owners, service advisors and mechanics have always treated us well. Keep up the good work!

Been having my work done at European Auto Service for six years now. I had a complete transmission rebuild on my Mercedes and was kept informed as the work progressed. Its been 2 years now and the car runs fantastic with no issues. Personnel are kind and professional with none of the "nose in the air" Mercedes elitism that I have experienced at another shop prior to my arrival at European.
