Took my vehicle in for a sensor to be changed because I had a diagnostic ran on it somewhere else and when I took it in I asked him to run it again to double check before we put that sensor in which cost me 180. The guy named Tony told me dont worry they will put it in and then see how it ran after putting the part in and they will make it right. I thought something was weird after he made sure to put on my receipt per customer request put sensor in. After they put the part in the car ran exactly the same. I took it back 10 minutes later and I talked to someone else there. I let them know I asked to have a diagnostic ran before putting the part in and the guy I was talking to asked was it Tony who you were talking to before and I said yes. The guy did not look surprised at all about what was said by his co worker. They checked it again and told me they need to run a compression test on my engine which would cost me 600 and said we can open up a credit line to cover the cost so I told him Ill call them back and let them know if I was going to bring the car back and I went home. Next day took it to a different shop they changed spark plugs and wires and the car runs great and check engine light turned off. Never take your vehicle to this place they will take every cent from you for doing nothing. Worst experience I have ever had. Pep boys are great compared to these guys. CROOKS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Got my tires here, thats about all they are good for. Pep Boys had my car every weekend for the past 3 weekends trying to fix what was wrong with it and they were honest about it. After taking my car here to get tires, "Goodguys" drafted a report of everything that was apparently wrong with my car totaling $900+ dollars including my tires. I told them I just want tires and took my car to Pepboys fuming mad bc they had already fixed and looked at my car multiple weeks before. Pepboys put it on a lift and showed me in the garage as they explained the list Goodguys had given me......Pepboys disproved everything that Goodguys had told me needed fixed and showing me so I could see it with my own eyes was shocking that "Goodguys" could lie to me over the phone and then to my face. To top it all off, they forgot to give me the promotion of a free oil change when I bought new tires. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I took my car there. PEPBOYS SAVED ME HUNDREDS. GO TO PEPBOYS, NOT HERE! THEYRE LIARS AND JUST WANT TO RUN YOUR BILL UP!!!!!

Spoke to Chris who promised to match Pep Boys price. He was surprised to see the price was so low from Pep Boys and said hell take a look at it and call me later. When Goodguys called me back he tried telling me that I had another issue wrong with the truck and wouldnt be worth fixing anything. So I took my truck back to Pep Boys who did another test confirming that Goodguys was wrong. Another repair shop confirmed what Pep Boys said! 2 different shops said Goodguys lied to me! Apparently Goodguys didnt want to price match, so they tried making up a new issue discouraging me from using their service. I will never trust Goodguys again! Their poor ratings say it all.

I think some of these nasty comments are nothing but sour grape= meaningless troll - speak! This company has done nothing but good for my car for over 10 years. Everything from oil changes, air conditioning maintenance, tires, standard testing and replacement for everything else. They know what they are doing here. Their prices are fair and they are in an excellent location. Customer service is at a high degree, I am totally satisfied with all their work through all the years and have recommended them to many others.

I went in for an oil change , they told me my rotors were bad . I told them I had just put brand NEW ones in . They told me they still had to be resurfaced , and they charged me 300 . They also made me try and buy new tires . After all the work was done they messed up my a lineament that way Id return and buy new tires . After that I will never go back , and I recommend you going anywhere else but good guys , they mess things up with your car just for you to go back , and then they claim they didnt do it .

I went there knowing what I wanted done and the major problem that needed fixing. After dropping my car off after asking how much to just look at it to see if I wanted it worked on I received a call 2 hours later where they told me that I needed a lot of extra work done that was in no way related to what I asked them to look at. I asked them not to touch it and they instead tried to sell me on their credit card to pay for the repairs. I will never go back to them and suggest you do not either.

We have taken our yellow 4x4 Z71 here quite a few tines over the years. ALWAYS friendly speedy service. They told us if they couldnt align it right, they wouldnt charge us. It always comes out right. We have had our truck in the shop a couple of times for repairs, and the mechanic took our truck to different places for alignment, spent over $100 and 3 times it has come back with pulling and a crooked steering wheel. Were taking it to Goodguys again. No question it comes out RIGHT!!

Got a nail in my tire. Stop for a quick fix...yea guy said no can do, you need a new tire?!!? Guy must have smoked somthing for lunch. Look at the dirt on the tire and said it was driven on and could not be fixed. Wanted to sell me a new tire....went across the street and got back on the road! Look across the street before you spend your hard earn money at this RIP OFF spot!!

Had big sign on Windows for 59.00 a.c. service walked out paying 260.00!!!! Then didnt fix the problem!!! They asked me to bring it in and drop it off and tried to charge another 100 dollars with still no guarantee they could fix it???? The biggest money pit I have seen in a while. I would take my car ANT WHERE ELSE BUT HERE. This is your warning.

Id give 0 stars if I could. I realize businesses need to make money but to reset a check engine light and charge $100 is crazy. Problem not found and $100 out of my pocket just like that.They also tried charging me $700 for a separate issue they found. I looked up the part and it by itself was less than $100... be careful with this shop.

STAY AWAY from these crooks. If you want to spend 900 dollars for a minor issue come here. They fix one thing at a time or half ass the repair to have you come back. Then on top of it charge the most expensive prices in town. Ive never seen anything as bad as goodguys by far the worst.
