Ill never go here again. Spent over $7,000 to repair 2 transmissions here a few years ago. Got the lifetime warranty on one of them and have been taking it in for the annual check ups, however this last time I went I was told that I dont have a lifetime warranty, I was told the computer shows I never purchased a warranty, I also never received papers from annual check ups and they never put in the computer I came for the annual check ups which I did. This place will do anything to take your money then void your warranty. My other car than had a transmission replaced they never told me the gasket between the transmission and engine was bad after they replaced the transmission and a few months later my mechanic told me that I need to replace gasket between the engineand transmission because the car is leaking oil. They dont do good work here at aamco and take your money and dont like to do warranty work later. Spend your hard earned money someplace else.

liars! I went to this AAMCO to have my transmission fluid changed and the system flushed. The manager DAN looked me in the eyes and told me that I needed a new transmission, can you believe he didnt even check out my car when this was being communicated, I left my VW and asked him to check it out. Bear in mind nothing was wrong shifting great no lights on. Imagine my surprise when Dan calls me back quoting me ~$4600 for the replacement. Multiple other quotes were significantly lower. Ultimately, I had another company check my car. They told me there was nothing wrong with my transmission and changed my fluid. I was then informed that AAMCO is notorious for overpricing and misdiagnosing. If you go here, be sure to have someone else evaluate your car as well! These guys are not ASE Certified and I have since come to understand that they havent even completed most of their own "AAMCO Trainning" Beware Better to stay away

I took my car in because I was trying to sell it and it had a heck engine light. I heard that AAMCO would check it for free and so I wanted to find out if I needed spark plugs or something. They told me the code and then offered to diagnose and repair it for me. I didnt know they could work on things other than the transmission. Once they fixed it (it was the fuel pump) it ran so well that I decided not to sell it after all!

They pulled the bait and switch on us. Told us it was $50 for them to look at our transmission, then after we tow our suv there, they tell us its $850 JUST TO PULL AND OPEN the transmission. We should have said no but it was already there so we said ok. Next quote was around $5000 for a new transmission now that they already had us on the hook for $900. Please, do not take your vehicle here.

Said my truck would be repaired in 4 hours. Five days later and I had to nag them to get my truck back. They returned my truck in a filthy state with grease marks on the inside, dirty floor boards and it looked like they went through puddles because the outside was filthy. Horrible service, and the truck still has issues which they charged and said they repaired.
