I called on Friday to come in at 1.30 talk to taylor nice guy.got there and talk to at front desk 2hr to get my stud tires on..wait no problem I notice my truck wasnt getting work on went to desk and ask whats going on and they told me because I have fleet that their waiting for approval for my work to purchase tires..I was never told..then they reschedule because Im waiting for approval no problem I got schedule at 7.30 I get a call from lady nice lady.i get there 7.30apt..they tell me wait theres other ppl in front of me..I never showed my disconfort..because Im a calm guy but..this expirience I will never come here again..and both older front desk guys were the best cx service guys

When I left this les schwab today, I was so satisfied I had to leave a good review. Jake listened attentively to my brake pad concern. Lenny & Billy were the ones who worked on my car and respected it like it was their own. These guys showed me great customer service and should be recognized for their professionalism. These are the kind of guys les schwab needs more of. These guys are a great example of knowledgeable and respectable technicians. Thanks Billy, Lenny & Jake!

Worst Les Schwab experience ever! I have had great experiences with Les Schwab stores as a whole but Dustin at this location was extremely rude and tried overselling me parts that my vehicle did not need. If you must use this location I would recommend avoiding Dustin.
