5 star. I was recently in Lake Chelan for a long weekend while driving my moms car, the engine light came on. Since it was a Saturday, there were no auto mechanic shops open. Not knowing what the problem was and facing a long drive back to Seattle the next day, I asked the tire store if there was a mechanic who could look at the car. They referred me to Quik Tune. Unfortunately the shop was closed, but the owner, did not get his name, was working on the building. He said he would take a look at it. He connected his electronic diagnostic tool to the car and immediately diagnosed the problem as a thermostat which would not be a problem driving to Seattle but it needed to be replaced. Although he was closed and busy that day, he took the time to help us and did not charge us. The people of Lake Chelan have been through a lot lately with the summer fires and I was extremely impressed that he would take the time to help a tourist in need! Thank you so much! Our van died upon arrival at lake Chelan state park campground (at least we made it!). With no new sites available after our two day stay, we were in a real bind. Weekend vacancies in Chelan on a summer Fri? Ha ha! Well maybe if we could afford $300/night (nope). Even though they had a full schedule, they said get your van towed here, well look at it, do our best, no over-promising. Debbie and the Quick gang got the parts we needed and got us back in our van in time! Made it home to Seattle, thankful for folks like Quik who went the extra mile. The average auto shop wouldve brushed us off, I think. Thank you!

This business is my niece nightmare, my brother in law took her car because the AC was not working, after two months and $1200 they replaced a few parts and not fixed the problem and when they try to charge my niece another $900 for another part we decided to take the car away from them because I called other shops and they said they started with the wrong parts. So I will definitely not go there again, my neice was not able to drive her car all summer long.
