The worst employees I have ever encountered. We came here to order a battery for my quad since they didnt have it available in stock. They told us it should arrive in 2 hrs thats around 1 pm. After 2 1/2 hrs go by we havent received receive a phone call. So we called the place and a girl picks up the phone. She was rude and didnt bother to check if anything has arrived in there store. She tells us if we ordered anything passed 9 am it doesnt get delivered till 5pm. So we waited till 5pm and still no phone call. We decided to drive to the store and to our surprised they did receive it but it was put back on display for sale. One person that worked there was so stupid that he made a comment saying "I didnt know what it was for so I put it on the shelf". Who trains these people? The whole staffs are morons and rude. Worst customer service ever. I should have went across the street to order my battery.
