Google Maps review: Bought a tire from Pat Billingsley, choosing a slightly more expensive one because Pat said it came with a road hazard warranty. 6 weeks later, it was flat from what the tech said looks like a cactus puncture in the sidewall. When I got it into the shop, Pat only offered a replacement at full rate ($180 after tax/fees), saying he could get it in that same day. When I asked about the warranty, he said there is no road hazard warranty on this tire. (WTF?!) I had them put on the spare and went home to call the tire manufacturer why there was no warranty. The manufacturer said yes, theres a warranty, then he called Pat to make sure they would take care of my replacement tire for free, as detailed in the warranty. When I called Pat back to take him up on the offer for the tire he had mentioned that morning, suddenly there was nothing available for 7 days and Id have to pay a shipping fee (which the manufacturer said I shouldnt have to pay). I smell a rat. Pat has lost my business and once I told people in Coalinga what happened, they were just as furious because theyd been lied to by Pat as well. This is a small town, you cant expect to stay in business if you cant be trusted to be honest. As it was, I ended up going all the way to San Luis Obispo to get 4 new tires (one was covered by the warranty). I will never do business at Billingsley again.

I lost a trailer tire on the 5, about 20 minutes away from Coalinga. CHP told me to limp into town and see Pat, so I strapped up the axle and got off the freeway. This was at 2am. I slept in the car until they opened. Got 4 new trailer tires with a better load rating and an extra rim and one of my old tires as a spare. Made the rest of the trip to Seattle (900 miles) with a 7500lb loaded trailer and the tires still have the little nubs on them. Saved the day and the price was good. Only an hour or so from start to finish and the guys were real helpful.

This place is awesome. Got a flat in the middle of no where and was towed here. Great service, super nice, really fast and the best part is tthat they dont try to take you for all your money.
