I have a luxury car and i have always thought i would receive the best service from certified GMC dealers for my Cadillac. My car has had trouble keeping a charge going, i would have to jump my car every time i got in it. I knew it was the alternator but was told it was testing fine. lucky my fience reached out to the amazing staff at Quick Lube and Auto Repair. they not only got us in right away but also informed us of little things that needed to be fixed. the best part is i felt comfortable telling them what we are able to spend and they were willing to work with us and get everything taken care of! i will only use them from now on! great service, knowledgeable mechanics and compassionate, understanding, with reasonable prices! thank you guys!!!! keep killin it! i will be a life long customer!

Horrible service. All about that money, they told me it was a blown gasket and when they realized i wasnt going to pay the 1625 to fix it. They call and tell me its something else they can fix for 500. When i leave ALL he tells me is im golden. 2 days later it blows out and they tell me it was a process and he warned me about it. He even says ( this is why i told you it might still be the gasket ). I was never warned never told anything besides im golden and have nothing to worry about. Im related to the people that manage the place and ill never spend another dime there. Disappointed it the service of quick lube and family that will make you waste 500$.

My first experience was great. The owner made sure to explain the issues with my brakes, allowed me to see first hand how bad they were, and really made sure I was informed on bad brake conditions. He was down to earth, friendly, and I could tell he really does care about his customers. It was a great environment. After I completely misunderstood the total cost for my brakes to be fixed, the owner was able to work with me and lower the amount. It was the nicest thing to do and he really helped me out in a tight spot. I will definitely rely on Quick Lube moving forward! Theyre the best!!

Representatives always give an honest evaluation of my vehicles. They are diligent in informing me of anything that needs to be taken care of, and in what priority. Our fan stopped working suddenly and I was worried it would be a long and expensive fix but they were able to get us in right away and fix it in an hour! Everyone was super friendly and the manager showed us the part that had melted and replaced it with an even better part. Great customer service! Will definitely go back if we have any other car issues.
