Just to give a heads up for anyone seeking auto repair, maintenance or freely advice given, The Auto Hospital is a number one place to go. I have taken my car here two times for repairing two different issues and I will continue to trust the mechanics here for more work needed. Troy, Steve, and the other guys (Ive not gotten their names) are all highly trained, knowledgeable, very honest mechanics that explain everything they would do, will do and how they succumbed to their conclusion. Ive met Mary, and we chatted about camping and such, Cody, at the front desk with enthusiasm and a friendly welcome. I truly appreciate their quality service. Not to mention their family oriented atmosphere where I feel I just made new friends. So go ahead, join us lucky folks that are completely confident our vehicles are in good hands and you wont be blindsided with outrageous estimates for unnecessary procedures. You will be glad you did... And maybe you could mention my review helped you choose The Auto Hospital for your vehicles needs. They quoted me 3 hours labor for each wheel bearing, and Ive had four other shops in Reno tell me its about 45 minutes to an hour, with the Hub still on the car. I offered to bring in the wheel hub, already taken off of the car, and he quoted me 6 hours at a grand total of $600. Either the guy that I spoke to was trying to take me for all that Im worth, or he had no idea how to change a wheel bearing. I can understand being expensive, but I cannot stand auto shops who charge triple the amount that it actually takes, or have somebody whos answering phone calls make quotes that are completely outrageous.

We have been going to the Auto Hospital for over 5 years. There is no other place I would take my cars. Your in good hands with them. They are honest, fast and friendly. Their work is always done correctly and you can depend your car is in good working order with the care and pride that they do. I always brag about them to all my friends and tell them that they cant go wrong taking their cars to the Auto Hospital.

Im turning them into the better business bureau. They didnt even run a smoke test and charged for it and are attempting to replace two of the most expensive parts when one part is confirmed to not be an issue. If I suffer gas mileage issues I will cite their diagnostic and take them yo small claims court over it. Sad that they tried to extort my mother while Im at work.

Been meaning to write this for close to a year now :) but better late than never. The Auto Repair Hospital saved my vacation. My car died on the way to our trip. Their service is very reliable. These guys are awesome. We were from out of town and needed help with our little Metropolitan. They knew what to do and took great care of us. Troy, the owner is the best and Steve was excellent as well. A huge shout out for them. In a world of dont trust a mechanic business. These guys are trustable.
