Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in on a Saturday afternoon; there were no other customers in the store. The individual (dont know her name as she wasnt wearing a nametag, but she is a heavily overweight female with shoulder length black hair) was officious and hostile to the point that I had a full blown argument with her. She shouted at my child for spinning their card stand when she knew full well that I was already dealing with the situation. She insulted me and then mimicked my non-American accent. This is actually highly ironic becuase when it came to entering the addressee details, she kept confusing the letters "G" and "J". When I corrected her (politely because thered already been a firestorm), she got angry again and started snapping. I cannot believe that customers can get treated this way in this day and age. Wow. Fully expect mail not to arrive because of her incompetance and spite, but will file report as it is a federal offense to tamper with mail.
