Ive come by on a few random Saturdays and I have never had luck with them being open during 10a-2p which are their advertised hours. States those hours on this website AND their door. Just incredibly frustrating. If their Saturday hours were by appointment only, I would call...but I shouldnt have to since its not. As Im typing this in front of their store, someone else tried to stop by and saw they were closed.

Great store! Packing & Shipping, Stamps & Mailing Services. They also have mailbox rentals, Fax services, Notary services & a nice selection of gift items including Seattle Seahawks items. Seahawk stuff you wont find anywhere else!

Needed specific services, notary, and you stop in twice and the person was not available. If you advertise you have a certain service and you are a small business, you may want to be available. Not going there again.

I came down to mail a package at 1:20 and they are locked up and closed! Sign on door says open 10:00-2:00. On Saturdays as well as the website. Little upset.
