Worst service ever been on the phone since 3pm and Ive left many messages and still have gotten a call back! I ordered a package to arrive today June 30th 2017 and I cant access my package because they gave me the wrong key and I need that package asap because I need to use what I order tommorow July 1st 2017 Im pretty pissed off at this point at its 4:40pm!!!! On June 30th!!!!!

Very genuinely helpful staff. They make sure I have the appropriate and least expensive box for the items I have. Every item, be it a letter or package (small or large) has arrived to my friends and family. For many years here in Yakima, I have always looked forward to a trip to the post office.

Sent an very important envelope to my mother and right as the mail delivery dropped it off she noticed someone carefully cut the side of the envelope with a razor blade.or something sharp. Also many of the other packages were cut open as well. Cant even trust you people to deliver mail.

I had zero wait time I have to say that the guy who waited on me Roy was very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. While Im here that is going to be the only post office that I go to. Let me also mention that it was very clean as well as organized. Good job US Postal Service

Mail people dont pay attention to the names listed in the mailbox. Just return to sender new residents mail. Incompetent.
