CRASH DUMMIE
Move to Los Banos 2 years ago and since then I have received more mail for neighbors than I have in the past 60+ years. I have also had a package delivered to a neighbor on another street with the same house number, hand delivered by the neighbor after 5 days. And I paid for 2 day shipping. Yesterday I found 5 pieces of mail for another address on the same bock in my mail box, The real last straw is I found out there has been another package I ordered on Jan 21, shipped from Singapore and it was delivered to the USPS in Los Banos on Feb 4th. I have never gotten any notice of a package to pick up in a MONTH. I will be contacting the Post Master and asking for a explanation as to why I cant get mail or packages in a reasonable amount of time and why I get mail from the wrong street and from neighbors in my mail box CONTINUOUSLY. UNACCEPTABLE PERFORMANCE.

I have lived in Los Banos in 5 years and I have always received a wrong address in my mailbox. They have changed so many courier for this area and yet they still cannot deliver mail to right address.Last week they lost my package and told me that there is nothing they can do about it.What is the Post Office main job? Arent they supposed to be deliver mail to the correct address. No wonder they are losing money and getting shutdown. I would suggest to use other delivery service for your important package. USPS in Los Banos is un-reliable and they should re-train their employee or shut it down.

This place is horrible! I have received the wrong mail since I moved in to my home 3 years ago! They have lost numerous packages & have no explanation or sympathy...Employees are completely rude!

All the ladies were super helpful! Even though they were nearly closing but they knew I was from out of town and help me get a PO Box so I wouldnt have to drive all the way back.
