My mail usually gets delivered but only after waiting for more than a week at this office. Recently a customer insisted on paying cash through mail and unfortunately the letter was torn apart with just 1 corner of a $50 remaining. I also order many items and I end up just getting a couple shipping label inside of the typical USPS envelope saying my package was damaged and contents are missing. A Plano case that I shipped looked like it had been hit by a plane prop; heavy duty polymer had been shredded and contents were all gone. I sure would like to know how this excessive damage is occuring and where all my missing items are.

Ive never had anything but good service at either of the two offices in SLO. When I think about what the postal system does...get a letter or package from one place to another anywhere in the country I am amazed and grateful it exists. Sure Ive had packages get lost but Ive had far more arrive at their destinations than not. My local carrier tends to change and flip flop but my mail always arrives by the end of the day and Ive even had deliveries on Sunday. Thank you SLO US Postal!

WORST MAIL DELIVERY EVER. They lie about delivering packages. Im lucky if I get anything other than standard envelopes delivered. I usually have to go pick up packages because they say delivery was attempted and a notice was left, but that is a complete lie. If you try to schedule a redelivery, they either dont deliver it and play dumb or the same false delivery attempts are made. If you try and resolve anything with them, they are rude and dont care at all.

Horrible. been waiting weeks for a package that finally says "delivered". no package delivered.. and I go in at the end of the day and ask for my package which they tell me has been delivered... So now I have no package, and am told to call the driver of the carrier car at 8AM tomorrow to ask what happened... Some service

Got my passport done here and it came in record time. Have picked up packages that were not delivered. They explained to me why. In my case the carrier could not manage two heavy packages to the second floor. Left a hand written note explaining why.

The clerk named Lillian did not recognize what prepaid Global Express Guaranteed was and would not accept my package, and told me I had to go to FedEx. Poorly trained staff, wasted my time.
