By far the worst postal service I have come across. I was sent a package that was guaranteed 2 day delivery but 4 days have gone by and I have not seen or heard anything. The website said they received the package 2 days ago and it went out for delivery but it was not updated and still says my package is on the truck to be delivered. Spent 25 mins on the phone with a robot who only after that amount of time told me that tracking was "currently unavailable".

This is a nice post office location because its right downtown. It has 3 parking spots in front that are green so you dont have to pay for them. People are pretty good about only Park in those spots when theyre going to the post office. If youre desperate theres a parking lot right behind the post office you can use. The one thing you have to be careful about is the last pickup in the box across the street is at 3:30.

I ship several 35-65 lb packages daily from here and unlike every other post office I have been to, they have never lost any of my packages! They are a bit understaffed so avoid the lines by printing out your shipping labels beforehand and setting them on the counter. Overall, an A+

Out of all the times I have gone here, one one person was polite and the rest were rude and snarky. They also apparently close at 5 instead of 5:30 but are too lazy to change their closing times online. If there was another post office in this town, Id probably use it.

This is a post office so expect a line. There are a few free temporary parking spaces in front of the building but they are often full. The automated kiosk inside can help you circumvent the line but is often out of service in one way or another.

My mail has been in "acceptance" for over 2 months in San Luis Obispo. USPS claims it was sent, but it never reached its destination, and it isnt able to be recovered. I really hope I get this mail some day.

Its a post office, when have you not had a line? The parking structure spots dedicated to the PO makes visits quick and easy.

The real SLO post office is actually over by Madonna, but this is a convenient location for dropping off packages.

Always long lines thanks to unhelpful, slow moving staff. Not good for anything but checking your PO Box.

Gives inaccurate information of when packages are delivered.

Extremely understaffed. 2/4 windows max are open.
