Taking a trip to the post office has always been a great pleasure. The friendly staff, notably Sarah and Donnie, are always professional and eager to help with a smile. Management knows their stuff, and always ready to help me out. My normal carrier has been gone for a while, and the gentlemens who delievers my mail (including a tall young man with tattoos and spiked hair) and the others are very nice young men! I am so pleased with them, even when they make small mistakes I can over look it. Thank you for being there for me. I will spread the good words of the wonderful post office.

Have sent 2 certified letters from this location which were both lost in transit. Instead of offering assistance I was provided an 800 number and instructed to call the number to receive additional information. "There is no guarantee of delivery by the specified date on your receipt". If this is the type of "customer Service" one can expect when doing business with the US Postal Service then perhaps this explains why they are struggling financially. A private business which provides this miserable a level of service deserves to go out of business!

4/2/2015 9:40 AM called several times. no answer.. This post office has also violated its fiduciary obligations with the Miwok Tribe & its mail. Shame on them for there failure to uphold there fiduciary obligations.
