The adjuster who looked at my car was a jerk and gave me a low estamite for my car. He treated me like I didnt know anything about my accident. I felt he worked with the insurance and my concerns werent valid. He has asked for my keys to check the VIN # I had asked him if he locked my car when he gave them back. He looked and me and said yes to my face. Hes a liar it was unlocked if he can lie about locking my car he will be dishonest about other things. Save yourself your time and drive right pass this place.

I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision. I took my new 2016 Golf R in to have some minor damage repaired. The manager ended up finding a much more cost effective option that ended up looking great and hardly costing me a thing. I really appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. He even quickly buffed out a scratch on my husbands SUV for free when we came to pick up the golf!

Took my car to have it repaired after an accident and when it was returned I found that this shop was paid for new parts and put used replacement parts on my car and tried to deny it until I proved them wrong..... Would not send and enemy to this shop for any kind of repairs....................

Terrible service! Car has been there over two months and they still cant get it right. Everyday its a new promise that tomorrow it will be fixed but we are still waiting. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time. I wouldnt even give them one star but it wont let me proceed without at least one.

Never fun having to take your car in for service after a fender bender. Richard and his staff are top notch. The treated me like family and had my car looking as good as new in no time. Id highly recommend them to anyone.
