I have not had any problems with this place...always does an awesome job anytime I needed my car worked on. As far as the other comment....you cant walk away from any place getting a paper estimate without a fee, (reason is because some people want a free estimate and take it to the insurance and get the money and not get their car fixed, so they only want time and effort wasted by the shop and get something for free on top of that), just like most places charge to get your car diagnosed and only waive the fee if you get the work done.
